Great view. Great relaxing getaway. The staff is super friendly. Beds could be made nicer.

Parking space is insufficient for amount of events on weekends. Guests cannot find a spot and cars block the entrance to even locate the valet! Frustrating!

The price of the King Suite with a lakeview was definitely worth it! You don't have to drive anywhere to eat, everything is already in the area. Looking forward to future stays!

First of all, someone had to come repair our toilet early in the evening by replacing a part. That wasn't a huge deal but still annoying. The main problem with our visit, the air did not work the entire visit. No matter the thermostat setting, the air never kicked on, it was very stuffy and extremely uncomfortable. It made sleeping impossible. It just was not worth the $225 a night.

I've stayed here before for a conference a few years ago and it seems like things have gone downhill since then. Lots of the restaurants within walking distance have closed, they are doing tons of construction on the walkway around the lake, and therefore the view of the lake is hindered by fences and construction equipment. I wish the pool had more of a lake view. Our room was also supposed to be a harbor view but ended up looking at the parking lot instead. Furthermore, one of the elevators was broken all weekend (and according to one guest, has been broken since December!) and our room smelled strongly like mildew and gave both of us severe cold/allergy symptoms after staying there for a few days. Compared to my last experience here, I was disappointed that things seem to have changed so drastically in a negative way.

My husband and I stayed for a couple nights for our anniversary. We enjoyed it. Liked hanging out by the pool. The beds were very comfortable!

We had a great time at the hotel my granddaughter love the water front.

Beautiful hotel, great view. Staff was wonderful, rooms very clean. I was a little disappointed to find only a shower and no tub. Great stay, would recommend.

We stayed two nights and loved it .The hotel is beautiful,the staff was so helpful.Rooms extremely clean and comfortable.Our favorite part was the view and pool.The pool is huge.They played a movie outside on the side of the building one night my grandaughter loved that.The fountains are beautiful we took alot of pictures.Will definitely be back.

The hotel location is very nice. We stayed at the king suite and room was amazing. The bathroom is really nice the lake view is nice. We took the breakfast package and buffet was nice, especially ordered omelletes. My only complain is during check in the staff for most part looked confused and looks to be under training. For any query as simple as confirming the room lake view they had to confirm with their supervisor. Also we were made to made 30 mins after 3 pm before the room got ready. But all in all great experience also we really like food at Gloria's which just 2 mins away from the hotel.

Would stay here again. Was perfect location. Restaurants and stores close by.

This hotel is an excellent "stay cation" spot for people who are local to the DFW area. The lakeside view was quite nice and really enhanced our stay.

I don't even know where to begin. It all started with terrible service at the bar the first night we stayed. The next day we ordered drinks at the bar and got eye rolls and dirty looks because overall six bartenders didn't know how to make a drink on their specialty menu. Plastic found in breakfast from room service. We had a friend with us in a wheelchair and I will say that the hotel was very accessible for the most part and our room was also. We stayed a total of four nights and the whole thing was such a mess that we ended up with two nights comped. The manager, Steven, was very nice and did his best to take care of us which is why I won't go into more detail about what a nightmare it all was. I am still waiting on my refund, but I am sure it will be handled. For the price of the hotel and the fact that it was a Hilton I was amazed at how lacking it was overall. Even though we were comped two nights it wasn't worth the hassle and dealing with how angry my boyfriend was about it all. I would not recommend.

Yes the hotel is very well decorated, but the food service staff was rude, the food is poor and not worth the price. If you get hungry go pick up or order out because you dont get your money worth in size or taste. There is no vent in the bathroom so hot showers turn into a sauna. No microwave you have to go to the main lobby. Location is great, pool is nice but this hotel is over rated. Will not return for another night.

Staff was nice & the hotel was clean BUT If you don't get a room with a view don't even think about staying here. I had a view of a wall that a I could touch if the window opened. Why would you spend that type of money? Do what everyone else does visit the harbor and park in the parking lot for guest so that the guest paying a lot of money for a room with no view has to park almost on the street. I can't even imagine what that hotel looks like on Founders Day.

Very nice, helpful staff and beautiful view of the lake.

Our apologies for any miscommunication on our part – valet is $15.00, not $20.00. We apologize for the construction in the Harbor - the City of Rockwall was performing some emergency infrastructure repairs which was sadly out of our control. We got elevator #1 up and running as soon as we could and to minimize guest wait times we opened up the service elevator for guest usage. We recognize these issues detracted from your stay and we'll hope you give us another chance to provide the service you are accustomed to. Thank you again for your feedback.
