The man who checked us in was drunk. He couldn’t even legibly write the room number down. Then he Lied to my wife telling her they would have to order a blow dryer from the warehouse. On day 2 when the AC went out, I went to front desk to complain, dena told me to have Orbitz call her and she would comp the room. I immediately called Orbitz and the front desk would not answer the call. Horrible experience for the money.
Some of the staff were helpful. We tried to be understanding with staffing shortages, however there was no communication regarding additional parking fees, that housekeeping was only on Tuesday. We had no dishwashing soap to run the dishwasher which was not helpful since I stepped on a cockroach in the kitchen area with with bare feet. No toilet paper. There was no effort on their part to remedy the situations until finally one person the day before we checked out. The day we checked out there was a parking fee which we were never notified of. We normally stay in a Hilton chain and we won't make that mistake again.
My overall experience here was awful I would not recommend.
The set up of the hotel i loved. My stay was pretty quiet and I was thankful for that. I will stay at another Hyatt House if all other locations compare.

The only irritant during my stay were ants. They lived in the kitchen.

Room was dated with newer furniture, but older kitchen cabinets, etc. Great bathroom mirror with back lit lighting. Breakfast was excellent and your staff should be recognized for the food quality and service. Thanks
We arrived tired and room was not ready, had to wait 40 minutes to get one.
It's was kind of small for a 2 bedroom suite when traveling with kids otherwise everything was decent. No complaints.
