It's was kind of small for a 2 bedroom suite when traveling with kids otherwise everything was decent. No complaints.

I loved my stay everyone was so nice and helpful.I loved it and my fiance did as well

Didn't get to stay the night, but the customer service was excellent. Patient staff with a great attitude.

Stayed here over the weekend with our family of four. We booked the two bedroom suite and couldnt be happier! Very spacious, kitchen, two bathrooms! Breakfast was excellent and the staff working breakfast was so friendly. I wanted cooking spray VS oil for my omelette and they were happy to help! The pool lights up at night, perfectly tucked away from the busy street. Will come back!

This was my favorite hotel of all the ones. Visited on our stay staff was always kind and helpful breakfast was a great start and the gym was so fun love coming here

Since hotel is set up like apartments, there are no elevators. We had to heave our heavy luggage up to the 3rd floor. That being the case you would think they would offer some kind of assistance. Everything else was A plus.

I received a suite that had a kitchen, two rooms, and a living room (although I did not need it). It could have been a good place to stay if you are visiting with few friends and you can ask them to give you the suite. I am sure you will have to pay more if you request it to them (not sure). I enjoyed staying there.

We stayed at Hyatt House over the Christmas holiday and really enjoyed our stayed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The immaculately clean 2 bed/2bath suite was the perfect size for our family of five. It was spacious and we weren't constantly tripping over each other- like you would in a smaller hotel room. The kitchen was great! It has all the appliances and is stocked with utensils, glasses, plates, and pans. The area around the hotel is full of shopping and restaurants, very convenient. They serve a hot breakfast every morning. Monday-Thursday they provide dinner and free beer, wine, sodas. We will definitely stay here from now on whenever we come into town to visit family.

It was my first time going to dallas. For the price, I was expecting something a little less fancy. Our room was great! We had a 2 bedroom suite. Each bed room had a king bed with flat screen tv and it's own bathroom. The kitchen comes with pots/pans/utensils. The dining room super cute and nice living room set up with pull out couch. The staff was great too. Special shout out to Tom from a fellow Bronx resident. He have us good info on what places to visit and was very informative. I would definitely go again. And breakfast was good too. You get a continental hot breakfast which includes eggs, sausage, potatoes, bagels, breads, muffins, pancakes, French toast, salsa, cheese, different fruits, yogurts, cereals, juice/ milk area. And my favorite Starbucks coffee / tea. All including in the price u paid for your room. Can not go wrong. Highly recommend.

At first it looked so nice. Then every other time I tried to go online I had difficulty, and the provided AT&T wlan support was just like the service Ma Bell is known for, slow & poor. Other bothersome issues: The best table for my pc was broken. Also a major cable news network was strangly not an option.

- The room was disgusting. There were bugs on the walls. Website said the room had a 32" HDTV but it did not. If you are staying at this property because of the HYATT name you are better to look elsewhere. This hotel is more along the lines of a Motel 6.

I had been driving for over 5 hours and was so happy that I was able to get into my room quickly and get straight to bed. It was also extremely quiet which helped me be able to sleep soundly. Plus the bed was extremely comfy!

The hotel was in a good location, I enjoyed my stay there. The staff was friendly, the continental breakfast was great, and it was very clean.I was there visiting friends. This was my very first trip to Texas, and I enjoyed everything. I will be returning back to Texas hopefully in the summer, and I would definately return to this hotel.

I have went to this place about two times for the holidays. I loved the staff and the place. Very quiet and lovely place to stay. You can walk to many different restaurants. I have deemed this place my home away from home. We have made this our shopping destination.

Had a nice stay at the hotel. The a.c. worked great! We tried out the well equipped exercise room and the business center(the door was REALLY hard to open). Was quite nice once you got in! The rooms were comfortable but could use some spiffing up.

I recommend this hotel to others and plan to go there again.
