Called the front desk for toilet paper and they said come get it

We arrived at about noon after a long flight, and we couldn't check in yet (understandable), but they didn't have luggage storage, so their only solution was for us to sit and wait in the lobby with our luggage for 3 hours. I've been to 70 countries and have never seen a hotel with no luggage storage, especially a large one like this. And the front desk lady was not even nice about it. Also saw doors later to multiple rooms labeled "storage" but I guess not for luggage. Unacceptable.

This place was disgusting. The hallways smell like an old apartment building. The Elevator was very dirty, and looked like it needed to be bleached. People leave bags of trash in the hallway. Vending machine had expired food. The room was not pleasant either. I felt like I was in a low level 1990's motel. there was graffit inside on of the dressers. the light bulb just hanging from the lamp. A/C would cut on for about a minute and cut off. lights were very dim. Shower curtain was too short, water constantly on the floor. Worst part is the hotel is poorly staffed, so EVERYTIME I called the front to complain, no one answered....when I would go down sometimes it was empty.... I wish I would have spent the extra $50 a night and stayed at that beautiful Hilton across the street... DO NOT STAY HERE

This room was pretty good. People were friendly and the room was very clean and no issues what so ever.

The staff was wonderful. From the last who checked us in to Karen who checked us out. Friendly, willing to help. Beds were comfortable. Just a lovely experience.

I was concerned after reading some of the review. My first room had a moldy smelling AC unit, but they immediately moved me to another room. I loved the kitchen, clean rooms and most of all comforts of almost being at home. Convenient to Walmart and Whole Foods. Tons of restaurants close by. Very good value and centrally located.

Not good hotel had no amenities I did not feel safe I would not recommend this hotel

NEEDS UPDATING AND REPAIRS. WAS AFFORDABLE AND LOCATION IS GOOD, BUT WILL NOT STAY AGAIN IF NOT REMODELED

This hotel is disgusting! Would have left immediately if the other hotels had not already been completely booked. The entire hotel smells strongly of cigarette smoke. The carpet, walls, and everything else is very unclean. For the first time ended up buying our own towels and pillows, bleach to clean, air freshener, and more if that tells you anything. Staff was hardly seen. Guy at front desk was usually outside smoking or talking to friends and made customers wait. Hotel would not pass a health inspection.

The hotel looks run down from the moment you step in. When I checked in, I was told there was no house keeping, but I could pay for them to clean the room if needed. We went to our room, which had bags of Trash and beer bottles and reeked of smoke, I booked a non smoking room. They moved us to a different room that smelled like the carpet and walls had been soaked with a industrial cleaning solvent. Which would be okay, if I did not have asthma, but it really bothered me and triggered an attack. We were in town for a Ranger game,so we checked in and left. When we came back that night we discovered the sofa bed which my children were to sleep in was torn apart. It was literally in two pieces. Then my kid sat on it and it sank to the ground, the pull out was broken. I asked for a different room andnon were available. I was told I could leave, but I would be charged for our stay. Then our toilet was constantly clogged and to the point of over flowing when some one finally came and fixed it. I will never stay here again, I'd rather sleep in my car.

Light bulbs missing, other lights did not work Leaky faucets needed repairs , waste baskets not in bathroom or room No vending machines in entire facility No hot water or coffee at continental breakfast (Packaged granola bars and fruit) Fire alarm battery caused it to chirp constantly No response from staff to any of these room problems Had to take battery out of alarm to get any quiet This chain will be an automatic pass from now on

This experience was poor al the way around. The computer was were down, so people couldn't check in. We got a smelly, smoky room even with the non-smoking request. Possibly due to the computer issue. Bed was clean and comfortable and room was big. Hallways and stairways smelled bad and had trash laying around. Breakfast was fruit, muffins, and coffee. Did not feel safe.

I reserved a double beds with sofa bed room but they give me a double bed room with the same price. The room is dirty, the bed is making noise when moving, the refrigerator is making loud noise when running. I had to get the hair dryer and returned at the front desk when checking out. The hall way smell badly.

Location was good, and relatively cheap but... Maybe I didn't read the fine print, but since I stayed less than a week, there was no maid service unless I wanted to pay extra. Room was in disrepair: the stove in the suite had all its electric burners at skewed angles, TV remote started with no batteries in it, room was smelly (maybe like smoke, though it was a nonsmoking room). Oh yeah, dog feces in the middle of the hallway floor when I left.

Hotel in good location. Staff was friendly and it made up for the rooms being a little run down. bus basically was a good stay

Room I was given was dirty. They changed my room. Second room was dirty, so they changed it again. They should have checked in the first place. No maid service when I asked and internet was slow and frustrating. If you have a car to access a grocery store it's better, but nothing else within walking distance. Better off staying down the road

It's about what I expected for less than 50/night. Bed was hard, fold out queen was a full and mattrest was in such poor condition, I would not let my pet rock sleep on it. Overall the room seemed clean, the price great, location is right, the hotel desk manager was slow. AND THE BEDS WERE JUST HORRIFIC. Replace the beds the staff and it wouldnt be a half bad place to stay.

Location was great, Hotel was nice, A lot of security at the Hotel which is good but a little bit of a concern as to why so much....Overall the experience was good...

We were just there to sleep, and it was OK, but it had no breakfast or shuttle to six flags like other hotels close by.

We were there in Arlington for the Cowboys game!!! We loved that the hotel was soooo close to the Cowboys staduim. We had plenty of restuarants to choose from within walking distance. Also, pizza delivery was fast and delicious from Dominoes Pizza if ever you travel with kids!!!! The staff was friendly and check-in/check-out was a breeze. Especially since we got in so late after 8:30pm. We could see Six Flags park from our window and it was beautiful with all the winter lights on at night for the holidays. We will definitely stay again and tell our friends about it. The only down side was, it would be nice to have more housekeeping.

Thank you for writing a review about our hotel. We are sorry for the inconvenience regarding our lack of storage. Although we have minimal storage we could have made a better effort to find a solution to your request. We apologize for the poor impression this had on your overall stay. Hopefully you will allow us an opportunity to welcome you back. General Manager
