"Locked" doors to the hallway rooms were not locked. Room heater did not work. Toilet ran all night. Very loud due to being Six Flags adjacent...windows do not block out sound. Lots of damage in the building from laundry room to elevators. Not well kept.

The property was very dirty. Was given a room only to find that the light fixture was dangling over the kitchen. Ceiling had water damage with mold developing. So bad I grabbed my bags and went to a different property for the rest of my trip.

Not clean

Hotel staff was not at front desk for check in. When they finally showed up she was rude and said she could not check me in because the computers were down. Finally after checking in I realized that there was no remote control for the TV. Didn’t bother trying to locate any staff because they weren’t around.

Like, right across from Six Flags. Did not like, was not told pool not working until I asked. Did not like the fact that my grandbabies where stuck on the elevator stagf could not find emergency key to rescue. Had to call 911 in order to rescue my grandbabies

The hotel wasn’t cleaned. Didn’t have toilet paper in the room. Didn’t have rags or towels. Very misleading on everything with this hotel. Only good thing was the room was big and spacious.

This hotel is a joke. Staff is very unprofessional, they give a very bad image. They dress and talk very poorly. The rooms are not cleaned at all. The floor to my room was sticky. Their was hair in the sink. The walls had paint peeling. The sofa bed did not have a mattress. No toilet paper, no trash cans. Their was dog poop in the stairs, was there all day, that shows they either never do walk through or they did but care. They need to get a manager that actually cares about the property and someone who will be on top of things and makes sure the staff is well dressed and groomed. I do not recommend this place at all.

The hotel is dirty and it smells bad. The room was not clean. There was hair in the sink, the microwave nor the fridge worked. People stay there long term (they live there). The only good thing was the staff, they were friendly and helpful. I do not recommend this place at all, stay else where

This hotel is horrible and I need a refund on my room! 1) No hot water in my room so the kids had to wash in cold water and the excuse was because they only have one water tank line and its on the 1st floor and that's why. That was not good enough for me. 2) lights in room (bathroom/lamps next to bed) did not work and bathroom flickered plus the bathroom doors and floors had stains and chipped paibt 3)no toliet paper available besides the one roll that was already there. So we went and bought toilet paper 4) pull out bed, chairs and floors in room were so dirty with stains and smells that you figure out what it is. The elevator and hallways smelled like old water and then food. But the elevator was the worse with the trash of someone's room on the ground with stains you can't explain and the loud noises it makes. 5) room was not ready when we arrived and we had to wait until 430 due to they claimed our room we booked was not available but then all of a sudden they had one 6) the breakfast was terrible with only oatmeal and granola bars. 7) no coffee maker in room, no hair dryer, no housekeeping, everything you had to go down stairs and get. TV half works, no sheets and pillows for pull out bed I went down stairs to ask and all they gave me was a blanket and sheet. 8) my room had popped sheets!! (Sheets the the previous guest used and they just straighten them up to look like they were changed) due to we had hair on our beds that didn't bel to us. Waiting to hear from Jamison

Dirty, worn out, harbored questionable guests, no water glasses, no morning breakfast, and poorly managed. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Where do l start......first of all, the room was super dusty so that messed with our allergies. The pull out bed had huge brown stains on the,mattress...eewww!!!! There's no housekeeping, we had to take all of our dirty sheets and towels down to the front desk ourselves if we wanted clean ones. The toilet was clogged and the front desk lady told us we had to come and get the plunger and make sure to bring it right back because they only had one for the entire hotel!!! The elevators smell like marijuana, it was just terrible. I will never book through Orbitz again !!!!

It was trouble. The first room they gave us the sink was filled with old dirty water in the bathroom. So they switch us to another room and the refrigerator made noise all night. The room and hotel smelled bad.

This hotel provided enough comforts of home to work for our travels.The Staff was very nice and helpful. However, there was no Fox News!! Sorry to say, but we will check TV listings before booking in the future.

The building is somewhat older. I was a little worried because of the reviews but it was a great experience. It is literally on the other side of the freeway from Six Flags. The staff was very helpful with what I needed. The room was very well maintained. There were no dishes in the room, you must ask for them at the front desk.

Called the front desk for toilet paper and they said come get it

We arrived at about noon after a long flight, and we couldn't check in yet (understandable), but they didn't have luggage storage, so their only solution was for us to sit and wait in the lobby with our luggage for 3 hours. I've been to 70 countries and have never seen a hotel with no luggage storage, especially a large one like this. And the front desk lady was not even nice about it. Also saw doors later to multiple rooms labeled "storage" but I guess not for luggage. Unacceptable.
