Air conditioner unit was exceptionally loud. Room rate is too high to add additional $9 parking charge. Complimentary supplies (cups, coffee) in room were inadequate. Received a "state recovery charge" on my credit card this morning with no explanation. What is that? .
We liked the close-in parking we found next to the hotel. Also, the fact that we could walk to nearby restaurants. We were very disappointed that there was no maid service while we were there. No one came in and made the bed or provided clean towels. Other hotels we stayed at on our trip provided daily maid service. We asked at the front desk for clean towels, hand towels, and washcloths but the clerk only sent up two bath towels. Very disappointing.
We had a AC unit in our room that was so loud that we could not get a good nights sleep the entire 3 days we stayed at this facility. There were amenities laking in the room. We were told they cold not be provided because of Covid precautions.
The hotel was very clean, cozy, and the staff was very welcoming.
I love the nice fireplace when you walk into the lobby. I didn’t like how housekeeping didn’t properly clean my room or my daughters room

This property is located within walking distance of all kinds of restaurants. activities and shopping. The staff is extremely helpful and the hotel is clean and spacious. The indoor pool is a big plus!

Nice hotel with good indoor pool. Room was nice but the bathroom could have been cleaner. Had a good breakfast buffet and cold beer on draft.
It's easy to get to, clean, quiet, and mostly comfortable. The only ding against it I had this trip was the air conditioner seems to be on a motion detector as every time we returned, the room was warm and the AC would kick on as passed the thermostat. Also, the AC was anemic at best.
