I reserved a Suite and was given a regular room; the TV never worked for 4 days of my stay, and even when I asked several times to fix it, I was not offered to move to another room. The bed is super uncomfortable—one of the worst stays in a hotel. Asked for a discount and they refused to give me a discount after a really bad stay.

This was almost perfect the only thing is we had trouble with our tv we couldn’t get it to turn down but luckily the man at front desk gave us another remote and it worked. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The staff were great! It was pretty quiet, except when everyone got up early and slammed their doors. The bed was comfy. It did get hot at night and I'm not sure why. The air conditioner turned off without cooling the room to the temp I wanted,so I just shut if off and turned it back on about 3 times a night. Now let's talk about the $50 a day "incidental" charge. I thought maybe their was a mini bar with snacks or something. But NO! It's just a greedy grab for more of your money. I liked the hotel, but I will not stay there again.
