Delightful stay after immediately leaving a well rated hotel with bedbugs. No bedbugs in our room and they had locked mattress protectors. Room was clean. Did have to switch rooms since the A/C wasn't working well but the new room was great! Staff was so accommodating and pleasant to my children.

When we checked in Ashley took care of us. She was very welcoming and friendly. Prices in the bar and restaurant was very expensive. We chose to eat breakfast outside of the hotel as there are available options. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Clean updated hotel. Pool area is nice because there is covered patio next to it. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms clean, tons of hot water and good shower heads. Room stayed cool. Only thing I wished for would be hotel bar would stay open all during the day. Loved that they have a Starbucks! Easy check in and out. There is so much to eat or do right around this hotel.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay. The establishment was clean and smelt good… not musty like most hotels. The staff was very nice and professional. The location was perfect for everything we were in the city for. 10/10. Will be staying again next time we are in Dallas.
