I went for Labor Day weekend to intoduxe my girlfriend to my family in Dallas. We enjoyed the friendly room service and especially enjoyed the outside pool. I would definitely book this hotel again when I return to Dallas for my yearly visits.
checked in at about 830 pm first room went in the location was great but bed had hair sheets had stains, they gave us another room went in immediately saw a roach on the wall( said okay) but then it had roaches in the bathroom they gave us a third room it was okay, at check out gave worker my suggestion paper and she just jerk the cards and said thank you and kept pecking on the computer
Front desk guest services are phenomenal! Nice entry and great music in foyer.
The hotel was great. Staff was very helpful and polite, they were even able to accommodate us for one extra night since we arrived early. Would definitely book there again! The room was nice and comfortable, our two boys enjoyed the stay as did we.
The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and the location was excellent.
Good value - rooms were clean and bath room nice. Business trip and had to coordinate 6 team members arrival at once. Hotel was accommodating.
Very friendly staff, clean room, and well worth the budget friendly price. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future!
Nice, clean hotel for a short stay for business or for a short trip.
Staff very helpful and friendly. Cafe in the lobby is great. Rooms very clean and comfortable.
I arrived to the hotel late Friday night and everything seemed perfect. I woke up Saturday morning, took a shower, and proceeded to get dressed. I heard a noise in the bathroom and walked in to see dirty brown water and sediment bubbling up from the drain filling the tub up. I notified the front desk and the moved me to another room. Upon returning to the new room late Saturday night, I noticed that the door would not lock from the inside. I again told the front desk and the moved me to a new handicap room. Three rooms in less than 24 hours time was a bit ridiculous, not to mention that every time I tried to go in the back or side doors my keys would not work. That caused me to have to walk all the way around the building to the front in order to get to my room.
Nice clean, attractive room. I was bummed at no continental breakfast.
Ma and my wife stayed there with my parents for 3 nights. Quiet and comfortable.
The only problem I had was the sink and toilet didn't have a lot of pressure. The shower had lots of pressure and saw some hair in the toilet and shower area. Overall though great place.
The weekend was great. Had a wonderful time. Tje hotel was greay camt wait for another getaways
Overall it was an ok expierence. Really wish the hotel had an elevator since it was hard walking up the stairs with all our luggage and our baby. The room was very clean and comfortable. The iron and mini fridge came in very handy. My kids enjoyed the pool and loved sitting and taking pictures under the gazebo. The beds were oh so comfortable. We all just drifted away as soon as we lay down to sleep. Loved the fact that is was just minutes away from the Galleria Mall
The room was ok, staff was great. Don't like that you have to pay for breakfast and the fact that the pull out mattress on sofa was full of Nasty nasty stains.
This was my second stay at this hotel, the location is great on restaurant row and next to a Crown Plaza hotel which has a nice bar.( there is no bar at hotel). However, the rooms have microwaves and the front desks sells a variety of meals you can microwave, snacks, drinks and beer and wine. The beds are very comfortable and they give you Paul Mitchel shampoo and conditioner and they have blow dryers in room so no need to bring one. Also, they have free wifi and business center with computers, printers and fax machine, all at no additional costs. You cant beat the value of this hotel. I will be back
Perfect location. It was very quiet and relaxing. Staff was very polite and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.
Stayed during Dallas cup week and was kept up all night by running kids and loud door slams. this hotel needs to fix its doors. Also was put in a handicap accessible room which was fine but the bathroom sink was small and the bathroom smelled like a hospital... not a pleasant stay. I travel to Dallas and stay in this area often. i will not be staying here again!
We loved the location, and the room was nice. There was no elevator but there are only two floors so that wasnt a big deal and we had a short stay so there wasnt much luggage to haul up the stairs. The walls however are VERY thin. We heard every door shut/open all night, conversations and phones ringing in other rooms, and the last night of out stay our nextdoor neighbor decided to have late night company that was very loud and active.
