If you’re using orbit or a third-party, there’s computer system does not find your reservation. So they booked the room that we were supposed to have. And they’re not compensate us. They gave us another room. It wasn’t that good but they only gave us one night instead of two nights so we had to find another place to go.

Musty, wet, and strange smell

Hotel was decent overall. We asked for a room on first floor near an entrance because we brought our dog. Dog friendly was a plus. But the room was damp and musty and nothing ever dried out, even with air conditioning on constantly. Everything felt wet. It was very uncomfortable, but we needed to be close to the exit, so we stayed in that room.

Many things were in poor to bad condition in our room. The coffee pot did not work. The tv remote had holes in it over the buttons. The room was supposed to be cleaned every other day but it wasn’t. Things were not restocked like toilet paper, tissues, or towels. We have stayed at other Comfort Inns and were very pleased with the service. This is the worst Comfort Inn I have ever been to.

I was there a week and they only cleaned once. I did have do not disturb on my second day and forth day. My trash was piled up and towels dirty for three days.

It was a good stay. The only thing was there was some water damage in the bathroom and needed to be fixed. The hotel need the grass mowed and edge. It would make it look cleaner and more inviting.

We were remembered from a previous trip 2 years pryor & this hotel is just so grand, excellent staff & such nice people staying there, we all shared stories of why we were staying there. It felt as if we were among family, can't wait for our next visit

The location worked well for my plans, and the price was right. Hotel seems to be in a bit of disrepair but was clean. Staff was very nice so overall not a bad stay.
