Clean and quiet.

Nice and quiet Just what me and my family needed . Good restaurants really close by. Quick drive to sightseeing. Hotel was very clean and staff were super.

They didn’t come to my room to make beds, empty trash, etc, I called about my trash, they said put it outside the room and they will take care of it, they never came and got it.

Easy to walk area and concord eatery & shop

It is an older hotel but well kept. It is clean and the room was very spacious. The staff was very friendly. The gym had what I wanted. It was very close to the property that we needed to be. Close to Concord center.

Pet Friendly, Nice Pool. We sent 6 employees there and everyone thought the hotel was a good place to stay. So we sent them back again this week.

Great price, great location but the hotel is very outdated. Furniture fixtures looked fairly new but the curtains were all frayed and stained they looked like they have been there since the 80’s, the power outlets are on the old light fixtures they were above your head bye the bed, my charger kept falling and hitting me on the head. The shower had outdated shower fixtures with white stains on the handles, 70’s era heating light on the ceiling. We were told that we needed to keep the bathroom door shut to shower or the fire alarm would go off due to the steam.....well it did go off, it went off for 30 minutes :-( then a fire fighter banged on the door loudly to check things out :-(. The pool was closed there was no breakfast but I get that because of the pandemic. We did not stay we left that night. Hotel could be nice just needs a little work.

All rooms were oceanfront nice beach, Front desk staff friendly, especially Jesse. Cookies off the chain!!!

It’s a great hotel in a very historic town! The staff is friendly.

I liked the location, the fact that there was plenty of parking and the fact that they allow pets. I did not, however, appreciate the bad attitude of the man who was at the front desk on the night I checked in. His appearance and his attitude were so unprofessional. Not at all welcoming or inviting.

I liked the location. The laundry facilities were easy to use and they were clean and neat. The staff were generally very helpful and polite.

One of the best I’ve ever seen at a hotel in this price range. And best of all, it is extremely quiet. It’s right down the road from his stork Concord, which is an added bonus. I will stay here again and again!

I am sorry to hear about the miscommunication, we are not cleaning rooms everyday due to COVID. Housekeeping is on a request basis as we don't know how everyone feels with the housekeepers going into there rooms. I am sorry this information was not relayed to you properly.
