Very disappointed
The room was handicap access corner room and I did not select that when I paid more for a corner city view room. The blinds will not close and all the city lights are in my eyes and I am unable to sleep. Mold around the sink. I asked for a different room but the hotel was booked and so It is 4:30 am in the morning awake. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member as well. So very disappointed. The only positive was the bartender and the customer service with drinks and food.

Great hotel, customer service could improve
Hotel was excellent right up to check out. $18 parking charge was added which I did not avail of. The lady at the check out desk was a little rude when I asked for the charge to be removed. Breakfast was included with the stay, same lady tried to charge us for breakfast and again a little rude when I told her it was included in the stay. Otherwise it's a great hotel, amenities are excellent, location is perfect

Great atmosphere for this hotel. Very colorful vibe. Lobby area is great with a very nice bar with great top self options to choose from. Room I was in was great. Looks exactly like how the picture show on here. Only gripe I have is that the sinks hot water did not get hot and there are no microwaves in the room but still overall a great experience and a great hotel. Would highly recommend
