The hotel was great, my room was excellent. The only problem I have is with the parking garage. It is like a maze with no type of signage or help directing you to the main entrance. We had to step out of the elevator on several floors looking for the way to the main doors then you have to drag your luggage halfway around the whole building to get to the entrance, then take another elevator to the second floor to find the lobby and not a sign directing you anywhere in sight. VERY CONFUSING!!!

Gigantic room with a very comfortable bed with tons of privacy. Quiet and very peaceful, I barely heard any of my neighbors. Great breakfast included, and the location could not be better: just blocks away from everything in downtown Cincinnati.

I had a very large room overlooking the city and it was excellent

We were next-door to a family that had two rooms and at 12:30 AM the kids were running back-and-forth between the two rooms, put the deadbolt out so it would knock loudly every time they left a room. We were just unlucky to be next to this group.

The hotel is in a great location.

The hotel was filthy, I had a room with 2 beds, we found a gummy under the sheets in the one bed, was not melted so either they never washed the sheets, or some one had used the bed and then remained it. The bathroom mirror had water marks all over it I know they did not clean that. When you took a shower the drain did not drain properly you ended up with 3 to 4 inches of water at the bottom. When it finally did drain, there was some sort of what I would describe as glue, in some spots of the bottom of the shower that collected hair. There is no shampoo in the room, just soap. The hallway were littered with sheets, bedspread and trash. The ice machine room smelled like urine. And they did not even have a refrigerator in the room. I will say when I checked in the staff was extremely friendly, and did say they were short staffed. They should have closed off some floors if they did not have the staff to clean!

The room was large and facilities were clean. Good location with plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area.

The lobby check in lady had no clue. I asked a out overnight parking and was told to use the valet for $40. I sad ok please add to my room and was told she couldn’t do that as it was paid separate. So I go to valet waiting 20 min as they had 1 kid parking cars at 4pm check in time. Finally our turn and I go to pay him and he says they will add to our room bill. No vending machines & could not find ice machine. Unorganized and poorly run!

The hotel is very nice, great beds, the staff was not the friendliest, we had requested rooms on same floor we had a room with a King and a room with two queens, and said if we wanted same floor we would have to pay more?? did not understand. Asked about a mask a few minutes later and it was a very abrupt NO, not even a suggestion where to get 1. And the stinky part was the elevator and stairwell to street level smelled like urine.

Room was very nice and clean. The digital key did not work in the elevator so despite doing the online check in on the app, we still had to go to the front desk to get a physical key. It was not busy or a hassle, though. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very crowded in the morning. Shower was large and plenty of towels were available. Would stay here again!

First the hotel is NOT HANDICAP accessible, very bad when one of the clients are in a wheelchair, then the staff tried to explain they do have a door for them to get in. Just wasnt put in the adverisments, no pool but a pool table REALLY. Second we walked at least a half a mile from the parking lot to the entrance, that didnt change. PARKING NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE.

This was a very clean hotel. Had a small issue but hotel staff made sure to make appropriate accommodations! I will definitely be staying there again in the future!!

I liked the architecture and the location. I didn't like that housekeeping wasn't automatic.

The Hampton Inn and Suites is conveniently located and very clean and comfortable.

Nice building and nice room. Little confused upon arrival. No greeting on main floor. Take elevators to level 2 for checkin. Didn’t realize two hotels shared the building. On morning we left, I waited in lobby for my husband and a homeless man staggered down the steps and made a place to rest on the floor. I’m curious his he was on the steps during the night or made himself a bed upstairs. There were a lot of places someone could hide.

Shawn, We are upset to hear of the many things you mentioned above where we fell short on. We are working very hard to make sure we get all items such as shampoo, soap, etc to the point we are ordering generic brands. We want all of our guests to feel they staying at a hotel that feels like a home away from home. Can you please let us know what room you stayed in so we can have our engineering team go over it again and make sure they are looking at the drain?
