Be prepared, the hotel doesn’t have a designated parking garage, you have to go out to the street to get into the parking garage. You do have to pay to park in the garage next to the hotel, which was unexpected. I ended up paying $75 for 2 days. While this wasn’t a huge deal, it was an unexpected expense for the trip. The location was perfect walking distance from downtown events. Just a couple of blocks from the Aronoff center and downtown Christmas market. The room was clean and comfortable. I was disappointed the room did not have a fridge or microwave. The staff were kind and accommodating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Parking was interesting. No valet when we pulled up. Sat and waited awhile and gave up. Self parked in parking garage next door. No elevators were working. Hotel was older with poor lighting on ground floor as you enter the building. Room was ok for the price. Ice machine was plugged in but didn’t work on the 15th floor.

The room was nice, clean, and spacious. The only issue was that this was the weirdest check-in I've ever experienced. The lobby is on the 2nd floor, and the entrance looks like you're going into the wrong building. A sign on the actual door would be very helpful! There is a sign once you go inside to let you know to go to the 2nd floor, but its not visible from the street. Signs in the parking garage as to which side the hotel is near would be helpful too.
