Leaky toilet filled itself over and over all night. Flashing blue and green lights in the heating unit lit up the room all night. Erratic airport shuttle left me standing outside in sub-zero wind chill for 40 minutes. Advertised complementary airport shuttle costs $3 for "sustanability" reasons, which is a total lie.

Yes very clean and modern. No old musty smell like some holiday inns we have stayed in. The shuttle service personnel ( Mark) was wonderful. I needed to get to Target for medical supplies since United cancelled our flight and could not get our bags. He went out of his way to get me there and back. Great hotel

After a long night of flight roulette, we made a last minute reservation to spend the night. Front desk staff was friendly and quick, and scheduled a shuttle back to ORD for us (which was on time and super quick). Room was big, beds and pillows were comfy and everything was clean and modern.
