This isn’t hyperbole, they truly have the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. The night shuttle driver is a huge asset to the property. He picked me up late from the airport, genuinely asked how I was doing, and even offered to help with anything I needed. He rocks! When I checked in, I mentioned I was trying to grab a Chicago dog before Portillo’s closed. The front desk associate told me to leave my bags and go get food so I wouldn’t miss it. I wish I had their names, but it really meant a lot to feel so welcomed and cared for.

It was exactly what we expected. Clean Reina friendly staff. We were there for 3 nights and they only cleaned the room once. That was disappointing. Breakfast was not very appetizing or appealing. Coffee was really good. We would maybe stay again, but with much different expectations

This was a last-minute Expedia find as our flight was delayed to the next day. We arrived close to midnight and we were welcomed pleasantly and efficiently and our room was spacious, the beds had crisp white sheets and were very comfortable, the decor was up-to-date and it was just what we need to get to airport quickly using their free shuttle very early the next morning.

We drove from Alabama and flew my dad out from PR for a family reunion. We are Chicago natives so we had a big reunion at the hotel with 5 rented rooms. The entire staff was very accommodating especially Khan, China and Helen. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. The house keepers were friendly and generous as well as very professional. The pool was clean and pleasant. I give this hotel and staff a 10 if I could. Thank you for a wonderful 4th of July weekend.
