A lot of noise coming from the AC because its not sealed well , and customer service on desk not really nice.
I was diverted to Chicago and had to spend the night. Having the free airport shuttle was why I chose this location. The shuttle service was fast and responsive, and the driver was very polite and professional.
People don't listen. We waited over 1 hour and 20 min for shuttle that was 5 min away. Driver (supposedly) sat at the domestic terminal when the hotel themselves told us where to meet the driver. We he finally showed up, did not leave the vehicle to help with luggage nor doors at airport or at the hotel. Breakfast was a part of our room, but they don't start serving until 7:30 when our shuttle for the am left at 7. The staff was unwilling to help nor do anything with this.

Karen, We sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations. However, our goal is to make our guest comfortable and happy. The standard Staybridge breakfast starts at 7:30am on weekends. We do have a coffee bar in the lobby that opens at 6:30 am and they also provide option for breakfast. Very sorry about your experience. We hope that you can give us another try. Kind regards,
