Phone in room didn’t work to get front desk help. The air in the room didn’t work. Window only opened a quarter of the way for airflow.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds.
The indoor pool is excellent for winter travel with young kids. Lobby was nice and our room was great. Will come back for sure.
Liked nothing 3 nights could not get room cleaned No Wi-Fi Staff could not care less And for 300 a night Do yourself s favor and find another hotel
Web info and checkin staff gave the impression breakfast was included. Nice enough place- not a good value.
Geared for one traveller. One chair, one desk chair. No freezer with the refrigerator. Awkward pullout baskets under hanging area...No robe hook or enough hanging for bathroom towels. No shower cap. We liked the reading lights bedside. We liked the Keurig. We liked the soundproofing as the freeway was very close. Liked location in relation to our needs.
Friendly staff upon arrival - clean rooms and great location. Good pillows - always a plus!
nice hotel close to I580. Just wished the a/c got colder than 72. Overall it we had a nice time.
Loved this location and the remodeling job. This is definitely one of my favorite hotels to stay at. The new look is exactly what you would want your hotel to look like.
