Hilton Oakland Airport

3.5 out of 5.0

Location is great, facility is older and not like your usual Hilton.

It was everything they advertised and staff was outstanding

The hotel is close to the airport in Oakland and runs shuttles every 20 minutes. The room is hugh and comfortable. The property is nice. The workout facility is large and clean. It is not your typical airport hotel.

Nice hotel but had to pay $15 a night parking in their parking lot.

Got to the hotel and it was a quick check in. The staff was friendly. Room was clean. Parking lot for the car rental was accessible and secure. The shuttle to the airport was on time, although they left us in a different terminal.

The staff was great ,they made us want to stay longer.

Was given a room that was already occupied and it took 20 minutes to get another one while waiting in hallway. Discovered this was a common occurrence.

Simple and prompt. The bar reataurant's tvs were blaring! Can't understand why they have to be so loud that one can not have a conversation. Always thought of the Hilton as having some class, blaring tvs lack class.

Th room itself was fine, even nice. But the bathroom was Tiny, the hallways were not nice at all. Walking down the hall I was nervous about the room. They charge for parking, no breakfast, and you have to be a member of their reward Point program for the free Wi-Fi. Overall, I was not impressed at all. Again though, the room itself was pretty nice.

Great place and very convenient for our trip. We were there to see a concert and the hotel offered free shuttle service.

Convenient location to the Oakland Airport. Clean hotel with good service.

The hotel was not a good experience. The bathroom door wouldn't close. The restaurant wouldn't seat us or speak to us when we had waited for twenty minutes. I asked to cancel my stay within an hour or being there and they refused and stated they must charge me at least one night. Then the vending machine took three times the amount from my card and didn't dispense anything. I called the manager to speak to her about the Vending machine and she stated she would send up two complimentary waters. After waiting an hour and a half I called back about the waters and they arrived two hours later. Wouldn't recommend this Hilton to anyone regardless of the name.

Stayed at this hotel to avoid early AM traffic jam to OAK airport , but found it lovely , relaxing & super close to the big sports arena ! The staff were great & very professional & the 'sports bar ' restaurant across the pkng lot from htl entrance was great - delish food & big quantity with friendly staff & lots of TV screens !

stayed in the city last year, didn't enjoy the interior of the Holiday... we decided to stay at the Hilton airport hotel as the airport hotels usually strive to compete with each other. Sure enough we enjoyed this hotel from the great hospitality, comfortable beds, clean smelling rooms and great made to order omelets. Without spending the 5 star prices we got a lot of value here.

Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet my expectations that I have come to expect from Hilton. The room had an unpleasant odor that seemed to come from the carpet. The bathtub was not clean. We had to clean before we could take a shower. The mirror in the bathroom was deteroriating. The room was dark (poor lighting). We needed to be at the airport early in the morning so we chose to stay at this Hilton. I was very disappointed. The staff at the front desk were professional, friendly and efficient.

This is the most raider place to raider for Raiders game. The sportsbar is full of Raiders!

We were in the town for NBA game. The hotel staff were quite helpful for our commuting bwteen the hotel and the Oracle Arena.

The Hilton Hotel at Oakland Airport was comfortable and adequate. The room service was very good with quick delivery and tasty dinner. Would stay there again for a short trip and/or stay in Oakland, California. Very easy to get to airport and no danger of being late for flights or needing a lot of lead time to reach check-in on time since the hotel is right there.

Peaceful location after a hectic day in flight! My weekend at Hilton was a restful visit with family enjoying many amenities on the property!

I arrived late and flew early the next day. I bought a park and fly from online site that rhymes with norbits. I thought the room was excellent.! What interaction I had with the staff was good. They were very helpful and polite. The location, cleanliness, and parking pass made this a great value. I cant comment on amenities as I was not there that long but I could see the pool out my window and it looked very inviting. When I get back if my car is still there then I say 5 stars, was perfect.
