Nice view of the water from higher floors. Bed was not the most comfortable. Two of three elevators were broken down the first day but they were repaired and functional thereafter.

Great view!

Odd,. Signs up, wear masks. All visitors and housekeeping wore masks. Front desk ignored it. Front desk seemed to know people had trouble with parking cards, blamed on users. When everyone has a problem, maybe it's not the people. Hotel down the block 25 percent less, good or better facilities and friendlier. We moved.

The Manager is incredibly nickel and dimey. She requires a credit card deposit in your name. Orbitz didbt tell me that after I paid weeks in advance. Wouldn’t take cash for deposit. Wouldn’t take gift card for deposit. Didn’t have enough on my card to handle deposit I didn’t know I needed. Couldn’t use my wife’s card. Charges for parking. Keys stopped working every day and we stayed 4 days.

Good location, well priced, nice room. Not pleased with with paying for parking. Wish the hot tub was useable.

Room was very clean. Parking fee was too expensive. They could’ve gone down the price considering most amenities are not available.

Hotel was clean, the young lady in the front desk was super nice and friendly..

The hotel was undergoing a remodel and the floor we stayed on was one of the first to reopen. There were some issues but they resolved what they could and comped us for parking for what they could not fix. Excellent location and staff and we’d definitely stay there again.

Location, value and friendly. Check in was great. Room was great. Parking could have been free. Only other time i had to pay for parking at a hotel in my life was downtown Washington DC in 1995. And it had an underground deck.

My partner and I had horrific backaches after the first night. The bed just wasn’t good for our backs at all. Started out feeling comfortable but by the middle of the night, we were in pain.

The fee for parking was way to high. This is not a high rent district.

Could place and easy location to get to SF. Friendly staff.

Great location, close to the freeways. Room smells fresh! There’s a parking fee, but worth it. Just didn’t like seeing travelers trash in the parking lot even when there’s a trash can nearby.

Nice, clean hotel convenient to shopping and hwy access
