Long weekend in San francisco. Accommodations were great. Flexible, took care of our every need. Windows and hot tub could use a little vleaning.

Great hotel, it is super close to the city. Just a short Uber ride across the bridge. The staff was very accommodating.

My husband and I spent two very comfortable nights at the Hilton Garden Inn in Emeryville, California, in February. We asked for, and received, a quiet room away from the elevator and ice machine. Staff at the desk were courteous and competent. We will for sure stay there again in the future.

Basic hotel, quality indicative of price. Breakfast was expensive for what is provided. Overnight parking rate is reasonable.

The windows were not clean so not a good view. Also I got mountain view not a good view but overall very nice

It was cool stay could of clean the widows to my room i payed for a ocean view but other than that it was great

Just an overnight stay to continue our travels on the rail. Little more of a walk from the Amtrak station for a better price. Wish shuttle service operated on weekends.

We had excellent service for our entire stay and we will stay again. The only thing is we still have not received out deposit back from our room and we were told it would return 3 to 4 business days and its been five days.

Paid extra for a bayside room with a view, but the windows were so filthy looking out the window was a downer. Very basic accommodation. Not as much as a bottle of water in the room. No greeting or assistance with luggage. Front desk hardly looked up from their computers. Bed linens limp and "tired", smelled of clorox.

The hotel was quiet, but the windows in the room were not sealed well and the wind was howling all night. It was not bad enough to complain. Good location, great staff. High priced but it seems to be on the same level as the surrounding area. Unless you stay in Oakland.

This hotel is a dump... The rooms smelled and had old lumpy mattresses. It desperately needs to be renovated and updated.

I chose this hotel because it is very close to the emeryville Amtrak station. the room was spacious and very clean. it seemed old-fashioned, but very well-maintained.

Amazing staff that went out of the way to make our stay exceptional. Perfect location just a quick drive over to the city. Jeremy, one of the managers, was awesome.

Mountain view thru the dirtiest Windows. Desk clerks blah. Some brown sheet stains.

I was in Oakland briefly and wanted to stay at this particular hotel. It's in a great location and the access to other parts of Oakland and well as San Francisco is terrific. Very nice staff and the rooms and how it's all goes together works very well.

Very friendly hotel staff. Complimentary ice water and cookies at the lobby. Convenient location.

Nice, clean, friendly hotel with convenient restaurant. Close proximity to Berkeley.

I had business in San Francisco and the location of the Hotel had easy access to the Bay Bridge. I booked a one day stay and had a nice room with a king bed that was comfortable. The Air Conditioning unit had the sound of a 747 on the runway. When I checked out they charged me $15.00 for parking. The meeting in S.F. did not conclude in one day and I was held over and had to stay another night. I requested booking at the same hotel (Hilton Garden Inn). The room for that night was a "Cave" Queen bed although comfortable was placed so that the desk and chair were at the foot and there was no room to move the chair back, very awkward. The TV was placed in such a manner that you had to sit on the foot of the bed to see it. The door to the hallway had a large space at the bottom and light from the hallway came in directly to the head of the bed and in your face. I was glad I only had this room for one night. Amazing too was that it was way more expensive than the room I had on the previous night. When I checked out I was not offered a receipt or told about any extra parking fee.

My view on both visits were very nice and pleasant. Area is quiet.

Great stay. Enjoyed it! ....................xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
