Location, value and friendly. Check in was great. Room was great. Parking could have been free. Only other time i had to pay for parking at a hotel in my life was downtown Washington DC in 1995. And it had an underground deck.

My partner and I had horrific backaches after the first night. The bed just wasn’t good for our backs at all. Started out feeling comfortable but by the middle of the night, we were in pain.

The fee for parking was way to high. This is not a high rent district.

Could place and easy location to get to SF. Friendly staff.

Great location, close to the freeways. Room smells fresh! There’s a parking fee, but worth it. Just didn’t like seeing travelers trash in the parking lot even when there’s a trash can nearby.

Nice, clean hotel convenient to shopping and hwy access

Convenient location with paid parking inside that is gated and secure. Updates needed in the rooms as the bathroom shows a lot of wear and tear.

It's in a very good location. I don't appreciate the parking fee of $17 per day.

Liked the outside jacuzzi. Didnt like their hours for the jacuzzi. Liked the service to make us happy and turn on the jacuzzi earlier than scheduled. Didnt like that parking was being charged.

The location was great! View of the bay, and near Oakland, San Francisco And Berkeley

The property is modern and so are the rooms. It had great sheets and comfortable bed, I personally like support on my pillows but the room had feathered pillows, which didn’t no support my neck but other then that it was great. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Check out time the front desk is willing to wrk with you

Didn't like the $17 per night parking fee. The dinner menu did not have much variety and very pricy.

The rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly.

it was a handy location for Emeryville train station but it’s not a lovely location by any means.
