Hotel is nice, fair price, and very clean. Only negative comment i can say is that the wifi didn't work in our room. Overall, it was a good stay.

Me quede junto a mis amigas y el hotel nos parevio bien equivalente al precio. El desayuno no variaba perl en general la ubicacion la limpieza y el personal eran un punto a favor para el hotel

The hotel is in a very nice area near the lagoon and there are a vareaty of trees and other native plants. It makes you feel like you are in the forest.

An economical clean hotel. Nice restaurant and pool. Hotel is just one short block from bus.

Pool was very dirty, zero wait staff and very unorganized.

Tucked away in a row of really expensive hotels is an inexpensive oasis. Rooms are comfortable. The pool was inviting although I didn't make it in to swim. The food under the palapa was wonderful, both for dinner and breakfast. I would recommend this hotel.

The kids had fun though they said the bottom of the pool was a bit duty

Nice jungle sort of decoration. By the dock you can see small fishes. Nice ambience. Parking is by curbside most of the time but seems to be ok. Friendly staff. I would stay again but . Wifi did not reach my room, we needed Internet to research what park we will go next so I had to go down to their restaurant

good rooms, good service, good food, clean and inexpensive. On the negative side, the internet is very slow and should be upgraded. Wolfgang and maggie

Some of the hotel staff was extremely rude, the beds were VERY hard, the food was gross. The worst hotel I've visited. And we had to leave our room key at the desk every time we left the hotel(never had to do that before).

Great hotel, clean, good food, great location very close to the beaches

It was great there clean rooms very nice staff and in a great location. Just don't expect too much for your breakfast!

Fully meets expectations. Nice garden and cool building. Helpful staff.

The location was good and I liked the green surroundings and being just by the bay. 1st floor rooms are not that good. The towels have stains left on them, even though they were washed clean.

GOOD: 1) this place had a pool and restaurant. That's about it. BAD: 1) location is off the main road and far from attractions. 2) rooms are simple. Breakfast not included for everyone. UGLY: 1) I ordered the paella and one of the clams was completely full of MUD!! I told the waiter and he just laughed. I also found a hair in my paella. 2) there were NO towels when we checked in on 3/17/14. The room was clean but no towels. Room B5 is where we stayed. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Good value for the price. Not the best place if you are visiting for the beach as it is on the lagoon. Beach access on the hotel zone can be difficult as all the hotels are right next to eachother. So if you want beach access, find a beach front hotel. We booked this for our last night as we just needed a place somewhat near the airport as we had an early flgiht. So it was perfect for that. Friendly staff. Beautiful grounds.

This was a nice hotel, relatively conveniently located. It's not all inclusive, but good to stay at if you want to take tours and such. There's a swimming pool and an open-air cafeteria.

This is a very nice hotel for the price, considering that breakfast is included.

There were some problems with the toilet when we first got there but all was corrected in good time. The staff was wonderful ~ also very helpful and obliging. We had a few problems with the grayline representative ~ she gave us the wrong times for the Sunset Cruise which was supposed to be included so we were unable to take advantage of that. She also gave us the wrong pick up time for our transfer back to the airport. We had to call her (Gaby) to get this straightened out ~ she did so but we almost missed our flight because of the mix-up.

Rooms are very basic and small, we didn't have blankets, enough towels or soaps until we ask for them, moldy smell and mosquitoes everywhere.
