It was mediocre at best. It didn’t feel like a Ritz Carlton at all. I expected more.

Bathrooms smelled horrible, they were doing construction on buildings by pool, food was mediocre for the priced and staff was not friendly or inviting at all.

Beautiful and comfy rooms, amazing service from all staff, great location that's walking distance to all the great dinner restaurants.

Staff was outstanding. Prepare lounge chairs around the water or pool. Food and drink service was also great.
