This home is located at the highest peak of the mountain, where significant snowfall and ice accumulation are common, especially during winter. Snow and ice may be present on all surfaces, including driveways and roads leading to the property. While the owners do have a snow plowing service,
Summit Vacations does not have access to the plow schedule, so we recommend planning ahead. For your convenience, a shovel is available to help clear pathways as needed during your stay.

Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or tickets, please adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town (which also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.
