The staff were very nice and courteous. Staff was very helpful on where to go in Breckenridge, Colorado, shuttle was very useful to go to Main to Main Street and drop off at the gondola. Parking can get crazy on Main Street especially at night. It’s hard to find parking. Room/kitchen was very spacious and luxurious with lots of storage area for luggage and balcony was also spacious nice view of the mountains. Hotel was very clean. The lobby was very elegant. It was like home away from home. Pool was very luxurious and huge. I recommend this place to stay again.

Our stay was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The fireplace didn’t work, the iron had some kind of adhesive on it that ruined a pair of my pants, and we were placed in a downgraded room that was absolutely not the one we paid for. When we tried to address these issues, the staff couldn’t have been less willing to help. But the most shocking part had nothing to do with our room. An older woman carrying her daughter’s 18-month-old baby slipped and fell in the lobby because the floors were wet—and there were no signs anywhere. Instead of reacting or offering help, the staff just stood there and stared. When the daughter confronted them, the man at the front desk literally shrugged and asked what she wanted him to do. I was stunned.

Me and my boyfriend loved our stay here. The rooms felt like you were in an apartment and felt so clean. The bartender was also really great and it was really convenient that they had a shuttle into the town. I definitely would stay here again. The only thing I can say would be to just keep in mind that if you’re staying for four or more nights, they charge you a fee every day I wasn’t prepared for that, but it may have been in the fine print and I just missed it but other than that, everything was great.
