Trails end
Good location, could have been cleaner with more linen and TP
Looks like property was not changed since 1974; it’s Colorado, and you will be outside most of the time; still, some investment in basic furniture is reasonable.

5 day stay
Overall my husband and I enjoyed our stay. The location of this property is outstanding with ski in/ski out access and a short walk to downtown. If it wasn’t for Janice (JR) who went out of her way to meet us late night and get us a key, the trip could have been a disaster! They tried to change the location of our stay last minute claiming previous guests took the only key and the new property wouldn’t have been a ski in/ski out as we booked. Janice (JR) drove to Frisco to pick up a key from housekeeping at 10pm at night, met us and let us follow her back to get to the property safely. As an Airbnb host ourselves, we were disappointed to find that the jacuzzi was closed (it was promoted in the booking) and they don’t provide additional supplies. We were given one roll of toilet paper for our 5 day stay and told we had to purchase our own. The TV in the master bedroom had no remote so we couldn’t watch TV in bed which wasn’t a huge deal but should be noted. JR is an invaluable employee who responded to texts and questions quickly. Thank you Janice!!

Perfect for weekend getaway for 2
This condo was great for our 2-night stay at Breck. The location could not be better. Bed, bedding and pillows were not the nicest or most comfortable, but for such a short stay, it didn't matter much. Great padio and kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook! Easy check in/out.

ok place to stay great location
The condo was a decent place to stay. Worked good for a family of 4 with small kids. Would not of worked for 4 adults. The hot tubs were good but there was no pool except across the street which was not heated. The lodge only provided one key fob for the building & one room key. Which is a big inconvenience if 2 family members leave the building to go to different locations one has no way to get into building or room. Indoor parking would of been nice but the parking lot was right out the front doors. We would stay in the building again but not this specific condo. So be sure to specifically ask how many key fobs you get.

A very nice, clean, modest place
We stayed in Trails End Unit 110, on the first floor. It’s a very convenient location, close to everything! A very quiet unit, too. There was a little mishap with keys upon arrival, which was resolved immediately and with great care, so thank you for being very attentive and prompt!
This unit accommodates 2 people, it would be a stretch if not impossible to have 4 ppl there.
Kitchen had all the necessary cooking utensils, and we cooked breakfast every day.
One thing I would recommend for the bathroom is a few more shampoo and conditioner sets and soap :)
Other than that - nice stay overall! Thank you for making it enjoyable!

Great location!
This place was perfect for our family. We could walk to town and walk to slopes. It is a bit tight for families with older kids. Also liked that the complex was smaller so it wasn't very crowded...even on Spring Break!!

Great location
Nice condo, great location. If i could make a suggestion, another key fob into the building/condo would have been helpful between the 4 of us. Looking forward to visiting Breckenridge again soon!

Convenient
Would recommend this place for 3 people, 4 is pushing it. I'll keep this short:
PROS:
- Clean
- Great ski in/out location, close to town
CONS:
- We were unable to access wifi throughout the duration of our stay
- When they say request a late check out ASAP, that means ASAP. We tried to request a late check out 24 hours in advance and were unable to get ahold of anyone.
While the place was clean, some of the sheets & pillows have stains on them. I recommend that the management company change these out.
Overall, stay was good but the lack of internet/late checkout was a huge inconvenience.

It's OK, but a little dated and I had a couple of issues with the property management.
I was unable to make it there the first night because of weather, but I hadn't purchased the property manager's insurance, so they said they couldn't help me. I did purchase CSA insurance so I'll see if they will help. I arrived late (7 PM) the next evening and picked up the keys (supposed to be 3 of us in the unit, but only 2 of us made it) but there was only one key. There were no instructions regarding the parking pass, so I called but the after hours maintenance said he didn't know anything about it. Turns out the passes are left in the unit. When I got there I tried to connect to the internet following the instructions but couldn't. Called the after hours maintenance who didn't know how to hook up, but said someone would call me back in the morning. No one called back, but I saw the next door neighbor who told me I could connect to his. It seems the heat in the main area only works if the fireplace is on so that has to run almost constantly in cold weather. I never figured out how to ski in to the units, although I think you can cut through another property to get there.
None of this was a major obstacle (thanks to the neighbor), but I was only there 2 days so it seemed like there was little support for us. The unit itself was nice, a little dated but nothing bad.
