The elevator was out of order when I got there, and remained out of order when I left. Safe to say it’s been out of order for a while. This made bringing my belongings to my second floor room a bit more challenging. The room itself was just okay. The floor was dirty, so I never walked around barefoot. Lots of long straight hairs found throughout, I have dreadlocks and my boyfriend has very short hair. There are people who smoke in their rooms instead of the outside designated smoke areas. Can’t help but wonder if people would be more inclined to step outside to smoke if there were an elevator taking them down the 1-3 flights of stairs. BUT! It’s the cheapest hotel in the area, so you get what you pay for.

Bathroom tiles were falling off the wall exposing the glue. Other than that everything was great.

Refrigerator in the room was broken. No cold beverages. Towels were stained. They were washed but stained with dirt towel should have been disgarded.

Very clean, i was happy with my room. I likef that it was close to both Boston and Salem.

Bad smell in lobby and on the floor. Carpets were filthy as were the floors in the lobby and elevator. The staff was nice and was dealing with the aftermath of a small fire when we arrived, but the smells had nothing to do with the fire.

Amazing new hotel and very ,very clean ! About 25 min drive to downtown Boston.

The studio room was setup nicely, and was pretty clean. However, there was a dank smell in the hallway that smelled like either marijuana or stinky food and something similar in the room itself, which gave the impression someone may have smoked in the room. I understand it is difficult to remove smells, but it would have made the stay a bit more pleasant if the air was fresher. We were only there for a very short amount of time, so it might have bothered me more if I was there longer. Another issue was the check-in process itself. Unlike normal hotels, the front desk is not staffed 24/7. So we had to wait while someone was called to come to the front desk, since we were checking in after 11 PM. Apparently, it would have been an easier process if the hotel had been notified in advance of our late arrival. This may be more of Orbitz's fault, since Orbitz did not notify us that we should tell the hotel if we were checking late. Most hotels have 24/7 staffed front desks these days, so it would be nice to be notified of the rare occasions where that is not available.

Good location, but access to road in front of building was poor.

Convenient location; next to walmart, ample parking

I didn’t like that the person who was above me for 4 days had a dog that ran around at midnight which kept me awake but other than that I had a great experience at wood spring., very clean room and the housekeeping was amazing
