Everything is perfect when the grab-n-go breakfast is too simple comparing to the other brands of hotel at the similar level.
Tub was full of hair at check in.
Staff was friendly. It was close to a lot of food placesand attractions. The room was a good size.

The pool wasn't open. The freezers didn't work. Someone marked us as checked out before we left, so people kept trying to get into our room.
Suite was filthy not just dirty, I mean filthy dirty!! Visible BLOOD STAIN!! I had rented this suite for my husband and his brothers for a boys weekend and they sent me pictures of the suite. My husband said if I had gone I wouldn’t have stayed there. I told them to check out and get another hotel but since it was a short few days they didn’t want to bother looking for another hotel and spent there time that way so they made the best of it. If there’s a way to up load photos I would so people can review hotel before selecting it. Please rethink this hotel it was just that dirty!! I still can’t believe they stayed in it but complain of of it the whole time.
The property was convenient and spacious but the cleanliness and conditions of the rooms were extremely disappointing and concerning especially during a pandemic. Mold in bathtub, hanging fire alarm machines (exposed wires), dusty, carpets smelled, couches were stained. I was not comfortable staying there with the cleanliness issues.
It was very clean. Breakfast could have been a bit better, but was worth it for the price. Loved my room. Only problem was that the room was still too warm. Even with the A/C on full blast all night.
The general manager was very friendly and sweet. Very clean and spacious

i loved the property. there were many amenities that we didn't take advantage of but were available. my only complaint is the water pressure in the shower, but frankly i have only been at one hotel in my life (and i have stayed at dozens) where the shower head was adequate.

The room was nice, but the condition of the small sofa/couch was bad. There were big spots of the vinyl missing from the cushions. Most of the chairs in the breakfast area sat WAY to low for the table you were expected to eat at. The breakfast on Saturday (open until 10)...had empty dishes for hot food when I arrived at 9:30. They had to have been empty or low for a while...as there was only 2 folks eating when I came in @ 9:30am. No one even came out to look at them until 9:45 and then just took the empty dishes away. Nothing refilled with more than 1/2 hour left of breakfast. Several disappointed families came in after me.
Booked room and messaged that we would arrive late, which was then confirmed. We have stayed at this property and been happy with it about 8 previous times. We arrived at hotel and they said they never got reservation from Orbitz. They said they didn't have any rooms and problem was with Orbitz, that we needed to deal with them. Spent almost 2 hours back in forth with Orbitz; first with them speaking with hotel several times then Orbitz trying to find us another room elsewhere. Almost 2 hours after the start of this fiasco Orbitz found us another room but it was 30 minutes further away and an unknown place to us. Ended up going to my daughters house unexpecedly at 2 am to get some sleep. We have used Orbitz for over 10 years; hotels, flights, cars and never had any problems before. Unfortunately this was an exception to that track record and we were very displeased although it was hard to identify if the problem was with Orbitz or the Sonesta ES Burlington?
They do not have enough staff for housecleaning, they were not able to accommodate us and many other guests. Horrible

The pool opening was no in our control so I apologize for that. In regards to the freezer and "check out" issue I do apologize for those as well. We fight hard for perfect scores but sometimes things happen. Please give us another shot in the future and thank you for choosing Sonesta ES Suites.

I'd like to apologize for the horrible experience your husband and company had while staying with us at Sonesta. This is extremely disappointing to find out about, especially after they've departed. I wish we could've taken care of them while they were in house. Is there any chance you'd be able to provide the room number that they stayed in?
