A beautiful place wth a great breakfast to start your day Nice pool. Basketball courts

Lovely staff all around. Spotless. So convenient to restaraunts and shopping. Most of all driving right into Boston pretty easy.

Very nice .............. Will come back again.................

This hotel might be ok if you are traveling for work during the week but it's not a family friendly weekend hotel by any means. The room was partially updated but the things that weren't were very old worn and grungy. We got no sleep at all because it sounded like there was a stampede of elephants above us. Even after we called the front desk five times and were told they went up there it continued. Our one night experience overall was pretty awful!

The hotel staff was attentive to my kids. Even had basketballs for them to shoot some hoops on the court right on the property. Breakfast was nice, food decent, but many of the guests were like pigs, taking food back to the rooms and not leaving food for other guests. The only thing that bothered me was that I couldn't find something when I got home and I emailed to see if I had left it in the room. I never received a response.

The hotel we stayed at, which was in Burlington, Massachusetts, was perfectly situated on the map between Salem and Boston. This was my first time in Massachusetts, so this obviously made it easier to navigate since you basically took I91 or local roads the entire time to go either direction. This was also my first time staying in a Sonesta hotel.. And the experience was perfect. As the title indicates, we had went up for Halloween in Salem. We spent two days in Salem and our final day in Boston. The hotel was very very reasonably priced given the fact that it was Halloween weekend, and that it was only a 45 minuet ride to Salem. Their free continental breakfast was the only thing I could complain about. The food was too soggy, and while they try to offer a variety of choices, there is still a lack breakfast basics such as apple juice and bacon. This was just a minor issue, and it doesn't affect my rating of this hotel, or the experience at all. There's a Dunkin Donuts right next door if you're that hungry. The hotel was also right down the road from the Burlington Mall. This mall puts my local mall to shame. They had to have close to a hundred shops in there.. All nams brand, designer stores. There are about a dozen resturaunts to choose from as well, such as Rainforest Cafe, Cheesecake Factory and Uno Pizza just to name a few. We spent most of our money in Salem and Boston, and we never actually shopped at the mall, but it does remain open (not the stores) past 10pm because most of the resturaunts stay open late. If I were to go back to Massachusetts, which I probably will, I would definetly stay at this hotel again. The room was a great value, the location is perfect, and the staff were nice.

Drove all day to attend a conference in town the next day. Was glad to arrive and check-n quickly. Front desk staff made several excellent recommendations for restaurants. The suite was spacious , the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was cramped...the door opened too close to the toilet. All-in-all a pleasant stay, but next time we'll plan to stay longer and make use of the full kitchen.

located near Burlington Mall but hard to find hotel Hidden spot off main hwy.

It was a Awesome Family Get together. I met my brother's family here, stayed together in a 2 bedroom suite and it was 'at home' feeling. Complementary breakfast was great and it removed a lot of stress from the morning rush.

Very acomodating! Clean, quiet... Would stay again.

My wife and I stayed, we loved it. We met Sara at the front desk when we first arrived and she was way more than helpful. We will look for these es hotels in the future.

The physical environment and breakfast was very good. However, the first room we had a distinct cat odor. I asked the staff to come to our room. They refused. The Sonesta staff tried to mast it with a fog master but it was unsuccessful. When we requested a room change they were unable to accommodate us because there were no rooms available. When we left for our appointment the next day the front desk staff informed us that they would call us re: the new room but they did not. I called 3 separate times at 3 different times re: the room number. Finally, the front desk staff said they will inform us of the new room when we check in that night. The 2nd room was much better. I felt that if I had not called them the staff would have forgotten about us and they would not have had another room available for us. If we book another stay we will make sure we do not get that room again.

Very professional and pleasant staff. Smooth check in. Renovations area very nice. I have stayed there several times. Rooms were big, clean and spacious. Even hallways are very clean. Plenty parking and very good breakfast. Staff en general very nice. and provide quick service. A little far from Boston, but excellent price. Close to a lot of good restaurants and a big mall. I will stay there again. Thanks Jennifer at the front desk. She was very nice.

Great suite style rooms, comfortable beds, great amenities, perfect breakfast in the morning. Overall highly recommended

Hotel was fantastic. New, clean. Easy check in. Room had full kitchen, would be a great choice for a multi-night stay. Free breakfast, food was average. Coffee and juices were not great. TV had 60 channels and every single one was in HD, not standard def stretch out.

everything was excellent.very comfortable. great location. we'll book again thur you.

We stayed here for one night and the hotel was very nice and clean and had a fast internet connection.

Sonesta Es Suites in Burlington was absolutely awesome. The front desk staff was really friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and every time you walked by a staff member they stopped to greet you with a smile. Little things like that make your stay alot more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again. The location was great, close proximity to the mall and other things such as the movie theater for date night. Hidden Jewel

The front desk person who greeted me was extremely nice. He even gave me free ice cream because it was my birthday. The room was so luxurious, I wanted to stay forever! The bed was super comfy and the free breakfast had a nice variety of foods to meet my food conscious needs. I would definitely stay here again, in fact, I've already booked my next trip! Easy access to the highway was a plus too!

With a family of six, it's always a struggle to find and book rooms that fit both our budget and space. In many cases, we're forced to book a second room since we can't all fit in one room. With extra spaces, full kitchen, two separate bedrooms, and plenty of living room space, we couldn't as for better place to stay. Also, there was a big shopping mall near by with shops and restaurants for us to explore.
