Grateful at Thanksgiving!

Our family has grown so much that this year we needed to rent two houses. This was our first time at this home. Everything went smoothly, communication was outstanding. The property offered so much and in very close proximity to the rest of our family. Thank you for allowing us create beautiful memories!

Perfect girls weekend

The house was perfect for 4 adults. It’s very well furnished and comfortable. We loved the outdoor spaces and the screened in porch. It’s a great location to Wilson Village and RT market. The whole property is just beautiful. We would definitely repeat this location and property.

Great house & great location!

Loved this house! So comfortable! Has a wonderful screened porch that was perfect for early morning coffee! It is in a wonderful location also. Accessible to everything you would need or want! Highly recommend this property. There was just the 2 of us but would be great for a family also.

Everything We Could Have Hoped For and More

Upon entering the beautiful community of Palmetto Bluff, we were blown away at the beauty and serenity. Entrance to the gate was quick and welcoming. Our pup was even treated with a doggie biscuit by the gatekeeper. The property was in a prime location next to pickle ball courts., which we enjoyed as an amenity for a couple of days. The online pictures do not compare to seeing the property with your own eyes. We all enjoyed some quiet mornings with coffee on the large screened in porch. The space provided in the kitchen and living room were more than enough for our party of 5. The kitchen had everything we needed and more for our visit. A specialty coffee was provided, so you won’t need to pack that! The bedrooms were luxuriously appointed and the beds were very comfortable. We were surprised by two gift bags from the management company that made us feel extra welcome. Renting the golf cart for the week is a must, as you can explore the property in all its splendor. We brought our own bikes, but it you don’t bring your own, I highly recommend renting. We enjoyed our time shopping and eating on property and truly felt the southern hospitality. Check out was unbelievably easy, like none from any VRBO I’ve experienced. I could go on and on about our time, but you really have to experience this gem for yourself.

Beautiful House in Great Location!

3 couples stayed in house to attend wedding. Well appointed and spacious with a great kitchen, living and dining areas. Great location as we were able to walk to pool, tennis, restaurants, wedding and golf within 5 to 10 minutes. Would definitely stay there again!

Great house in Palmetto Bluff

Great house, centrally located in Palmetto Bluff. We had 6 in the house and it was very comfortable, 2 master bedrooms is a great feature. Porch and kitchen were great. We would stay again!

Loved our stay!

This house is wonderful and convenient to everything in Palmetto Bluff. We love the proximity to the golf course and you could hear the sounds of the busy pickleball courts nearby. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The check-in manager was well organized and contacted us at just the right moment and we also communicated a lot with the concierge. We are new members of Palmetto Bluff, which did allow us to engage in all the activities – it’s a little trickier as just a renter, but the concierge is there to help out. We are very pleased with the decor of the house and the wonderful screen porch where we spent a lot of afternoon time.

Two weeks during a cold snap in Palmetto Bluffs

This was a well located home with great amenities in a wonderful location. The interior was immaculate. The kitchen was adequately supplied. The rental company accommodated my husband’s request to play golf on several occasions. My only issues were that the house was a bit run down, and not well maintained. For example the heat needed maintenance, as did the dryer. They didn’t work well. The microwave is very old and needs to be replaced, the oven makes terrible noises. The porch was filthy, and there was no broom or dust rags or even an option to have housekeeping during our 2 week stay (later we were told we could have had it?). They need to upgrade the linens, badly. It’s a nice place, but dated and neglected. I offered to make these comments available to the people who rented us the home, but they did not respond.

Fantastic location and overall great property

Great rental. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Patio was super comfortable and huge plus. Only compliant is that it may be time to update the bedding (mattresses were great) to be a little more comfortable. A few items that needed maintenance that the property managers were going to address. We would definitely rent again as we are members and haven’t built yet.

Review

We found the property to be very nice and more than adequate for our needs. The only issue we encountered, which was very disappointing, given the bitterly cold weather, was that the fireplace in the den did not work. (The handyman attempted to fix it, but apparently it needed a gas fireplace technician.) This was very disappointing.

Low Country Wedding weekend!

This property is located in the heart of Wilson Village and is within walking distance to RT's Market, the tennis and pickle ball complex, and the golf course. The house is beautifully decorated worked well for three couples. The management company, StayinPalmettobluff.com, responded to our every question.

Beautiful Home

This property is beautiful, warm, inviting and cozy. It is perfectly located with an easy walk to RT's Market, The Montage Inn & Spa and the May River. The management staff was very attentive prior to our arrival and during our stay to ensure all of our needs were met. We will definitely be returning for another visit in the future.

Relaxing at the Bluff

The house was very nice and clean and convenient to the Market and Wilson Village. Palmetto Bluff is beautiful. The bicycle rental is expensive, however. And we wish there were some more dining options.
