Just horrible Downstairs bathroom was filfy Didn't get room that I booked Gave me a smaller room Room smelled like cigarettes I'm sure there was a full ashtray under the bed but I was to scared to look. They did give us a different room it was better but had no water pressure and very little hot water.

Rooms were clean, staff was polite. Not a good breakfast!

Overall wonderful experience. The staff was amazing and very helpful.

Dirty, no hot water, no maid service for a week and the place is just beat! And not cheap!

Very Disappointing! Front desk people not helpful. We have been staying at this Hotel twice a year for at least TEN years. I requested the Practical Comforts Package FOUR times and still didn't receive one. No message on room phone as to why.On Sunday morning there wasn't any HOT water container at the breakfast bar. On Sunday night I asked for two glasses and was given two cups. Glasses weren't available! Toilet paper holder was broke. Tub faucet was leaking badly. Reported both of these to the front desk. NOT SURE IF WE WILL RETURN IN DECEMBER ON OUR NEXT VISIT.

I showed up during SXSW at 11pm and was told that I did not have a room. I had booked my room on orbitz 2 months in advance, fully paid. As I waited for the hotel staff to called orbitz I noticed a few things. First, in the first 10 minutes I was there 3 people came to the front desk to tell them that their room hadn't been cleaned. Some where just requesting towels. I had a friend staying at the hotel and over the course of her 5 day stay I know for a fact at day 4 her room wasn't cleaned. Luckily for me, Orbitz found a room for me at another hotel that was perfect and the room was cleaned everyday. I would not recommend this hotel

Room was okay, water pressure in show was way too low. Personnel were polite and helpful.

We usually stay less than a week. We like the privacy of no one in our room while we are away. We can walk down town with in minutes to visit the city.

We stay at this Hotel twice every year while visiting our Texas family. We enjoy the walk to downtown to visit the stores. Short distance to our son's house.

The hotel is located at a very convenient location. Very close to the city center and the staff is friendly

Our company regularly uses this hotel for business trips.

I can't complain about our stay it worked for what we needed.

Nice friendly staff, the room was dated and in need of a upgraded. The towels were thread bare, and there were not enough for two people. The hVAC system was inconsistent, with no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

This hotel was honestly exactly what we were expecting - clean but simple. The staff, especially the lady who checked us in that night, were extremely nice and the location was perfect for going downtown in Austin with it being within walking distance. I do wish it was a bit cheaper considering its about as barebones as possible compared to other hotels. Also, note that dogs are allowed. Considering there are many people out there that have no clue how to train their dogs properly (like our neighbors that night) this can lead to a very annoying experience if you plan to be in the room during the day at all (when the owners are usually out). Overall though, definitely recommend it if you're looking for a cheap-ish hotel to stay in for partying downtown.

Enjoyed the location as it is within walking distance to everything you need. Definitely would stay here again. Only complaint i have is that the front of the refrigerator in my room 220 could have used a little cleaning. The staff was very accommodating.

I booked a room with King size bed, when we arrived there was no available room . So they put us to queen size room . Front desk lady could be a little nicer and offer us upgrade later , but she said that was not possible . Hotel needs updates, Pop corn ceilings , beds, old towels were minus !there is a Full size Refrigirator but no coffee maker in the room . Overall 2 stars ! If you need a quick cheap stay at a decent hotel in downtown, go for it !

Extended Stay Hotel in Austin is always a good place for us to stay. We visited our Son and his family. We went to Bastrop on Sunday. They had the start of there Pumpkin festival. The rest of time was spent visiting our loved ones.

This was the WORST stay at a hotel that I have ever experienced in my life. I had booked a double bed occupancy room but was placed in a room with one bed. We had cockroaches in the room, white stains on the bed cover and was told that because we booked through a third party, we automatically get a room with only one bed. THAT MADE NO SENSE AT ALL. They refused to move us or accommodate us with another room nor a roll away cot. Had my triathlon not been early the next morning and needed to be calm, I would have immediately asked for my money back and slept on a park bench in more comfort!

I really enjoyed the hotel's location, just a short walk to SOCO restaurants and to downtown. The room itself was flawless and well kept, quiet, and comfortable. My only problem was that the grab and go breakfast was not well stocked later in the hours it was open. By 9:30 on a Saturday there were just two greenish oranges and no coffee cups.

Average, nothing wrong, nothing great except very friendly greeting staff!
