The hotel as a hotel is pretty average. There’s nothing fancy, the back door didn’t have a lock, and everything definitely smelled like dog. BUT I was traveling with my dog, so it was perfect. I mentioned I had a big dog so the wonderful woman at the front desk upgraded me to a king suite without a charge so my pup could have more room. There is plenty of grass right outside the back door and a neighborhood behind the hotel. My pup and I had a great stay!

Stayed here October 6 and 7 while attending a family reunion nearby. Although the front desk clerk was not friendly he was efficient. The room was spotless, which is the most important thing to me. The morning breakfast was sufficient. Location is great, right on Hwy 290, very close to 35. Would definitely stay there again.

We've been staying here for several years when we've come to races at the Circuit of the Americas. It's only 20 mins from the track and it's convenient to reasonably good restaurants, a WalMart, etc. The new owners have been constantly upgrading the facility and it's a little better each time we're there. In general, it's an older, budget-oriented motel and it's as good or better than one could expect for the price. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and the AC blows cold. There's a PC and printer in the lobby, but I wouldn't call it a 'business center.' We are and will likely continue to be regulars for race weekends...

Very friendly desk person at check in, the room was clean, and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was the usual "continental." We would definitely stay here again if the need arises. Location was close to Wal-Mart and downtown Manor for an excellent Mexican restaurant.

I go into a a hotel room and wipe down all surfaces with lysol wipes. Then I pull out blue light to check dirty sheets and bedding. I checked one bed it was clean but the other bed had food crumbs, chips, pubic hair and peanuts in the sheets. The floor had not been vacuumed because the same food crumbs that was in the sheets was all over the floor. Later that night we opened night stand and there was all the food packaging the person before us was eating. Night guy came down to look at the mess and brought me 2 sets of sheets for me to change the beds. He asked if I wanted the vacuum cleaner also. He showed me a room next door which was bad also. The blue light revealed dried body fluids all over the top of the blanket. After that I didn't make it down to the sheets. Only an apology offered by Manager the next morning and he was aware that his house keeping staff was doing poor job. He told me he knew his house keepers were not doing a good job because he was watching them and they would clean a room in 10 minutes or so. So he knows... When I arrived at hotel I needed to use the ladies room before checking in. One water fountain was stopped up and the water standing there was brown and gross so it had been there awhile. Toilet bowl has a black mildew ring around water line so that means it has not been cleaned in a very long while either. Carpet in the hall hasn't been vacuumed in a long while. We had visitors which they saw the dirty carpet. They apologized about how dirty this hotel was. They manager said they have spent thousands of dollars on renovating the bathrooms especially the room we were staying in. I asked to bad so much was spent since they don't keep it clean. There was black mold in the grout way up under the sink. This wasn't a cheap room - price was over $100.00 a night for 2 queen size beds - I agree it is not expensive either. I think they should spend so money and pay better wages and get people in there that want to keep their job. We stayed there years ago when it first open and I believe it was a different brand of hotel then. Just sad place. I will not stay there again. I may have to drive several miles to visit family but I will be in a clean hotel. Just a shame. Shame on the Manager for allowing people to stay there on sheets other people have slept on - you are just gross if you think this is okay. I don't need my sheets changed every day as long as I am the one and only one who has slept on them. It has one week since we stayed at this dump. So my review is not full of fire as it would have been if I wrote the day we got home. If fact I am very surprised they even sent this to me for me to review.

It was really nothing to write about. The rooms were clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. The carpet has done stains in the hallway but the lobby was very clean and neat. Free WiFi. For the price, I would stay again. The staff was very friendly.

The hotel is nice and clean, the owner has done lots of great updates. My only problem we had was when we booked our rooms. I had 8 people coming so I originally booked 3 rooms. About 2 weeks before arrival I talked to their 800 number and they told me I had the 3 rooms with one being the suite with 2 rooms including a king bed and sofa bed. O.k. so I had 2 that couldn't make trip, so I said let one of my rooms go because I will have plenty of space and knew hotel needed rooms. Not so much, got there, owner as nice as you will ever find anywhere, but in 2nd room little canvas type of sitting couch. Checked with front desk, nope they had nothing like they told me on 800 call. So I ended up leaving up and moving to another town next day when the other two came in for stock show. Owner was awesome, moral of story I learned, don't believe anything they tell you on their call center, heard that from someone else while there, best you call hotel to make sure.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK for free. I prefer the Holiday Inn Express breakfast over this one. Room construction was a little shabby. Toilet so close to the wall that the toilet paper roll was over my leg. Felt safe and staff was friendly as well as helpful. Not the usual sourpusses you get at this level of accommodation.

I needed a place to stay overnight in Manor, and there is not a lot of choice, so I made a reservation here. Just FYI, if you make a reservation and need to cancel, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. The clerk at the desk was very nice and friendly. The hotel has been remodeled, but it still shows it's age. The hallway carpet was pretty dirty, so I was a little worried as I walked down to my room, but the room was fairly clean. Towels were rough and a little threadbare, but they were big and clean. The bed was comfortable. The walls are thin, but the real problem was someone (probably kids) upstairs who kept running up and down the hall. Hopefully, by the next time I have to stay in Manor, someone will have built a new hotel.

We arrived here around 9.30 pm and booked a room. When we came in with our luggage we had been upgraded to a suite. It was lovely. The hotel itself is older but has been completely renovated. The suite was a kitchen/sitting room, separate bedroom with king bed and a spacious bathroom. It was very clean and the linens were spotless. Breakfast was included and the staff were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
