We were supposed to get 2 beds we only got one. They said it was because of an over booking. They did not have any rooms available with 2 beds. They said there was nothin they could do for us. There was 4 of us all from 55 to 61 years old. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. We woke up with a back ache. We must of only got no more than 3 hours sleep.
Great place to stay without being in the chaos of Austin!!!
Clean, modern, friendly hotel in a great location with nearby shopping and restaurants.
Nothing. NOT AT ALL like it was advertised on Orbitz website. No restaurants. The receptionist has to have time to pour you a drink if you seat at the so-called mini bar in front of her but if she is busy, forget it. Then i ordered a drink with ice and she said she has to go to another floor to get ice and she had no time. I asked what can i order to eat. She said "I am the only one here. Tell me what you'd like and if i have time, i go and make it for you but not sure how long it'll take. I asked where the gift shop was, and there was not any. I asked if there is a place where i can have some snacks and she said no. How about some coffee in the lobby, and she said "sorry" after breakfast we do not serve coffee anymore! I asked for my room to be cleaned the days i was going to be staying there and she said fine. Next morning, by 11:30 AM still no one had come to my room. I call downstairs and this other girl who was at the reception said "sorry but i do not see any notes here that says you had made that request"....and so on and so on. .
I would give it 5 stars but the bar was closed my entire stay and the room didn't have a microwave. Other than that, the stay was great.
The room had ants everywhere, the previous guests left food under the couch and the cleaning crew didn't do a good job finding that and cleaning properly, which caused ants to show up everywhere.
The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, room was big enough to go around, and breakfast was great. The breakfast during weekdays closed at 9am, which was a little too early to give people enough overnight rest.
It was nice. Tile in the elevator was cracked and dangerous though. Hotel was nice other wise. Only other issue was the “WWE match” going on at 1am above me. Hotel can’t change that though

My ac wasn’t working in my room. By the time I had figured it out it was already bedtime and I was fully unpacked 😩

Excellent value! Brand new. Everything is clean, well thought out. Comfortable. Great location next to the Haute Spot. The only two very minor complaints. They are building more right near by. That might be noisy during the week. Second, the shower floor is slippery.
