Room was great, location was great. Coffee always available in the lobby. Water pressure good, and breakfast was good everyday. Quiet, other then the fire department across the street, but didn’t really bother us :)

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and four days, booking two rooms for our family. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and our rooms were small but manageable. However, our stay was disappointing. Breakfast was crowded, some tables were dirty, and service was slow, likely because only one staff member was handling the area. The bigger issue was the lack of hot water in our room—it never got resolved during our entire stay, even after reporting it multiple times. The other room, where our family members stayed, had the same problem on the first night, but it seemed to get fixed afterward. In our room, we had to run sinks and flush toilets just to get warm water in freezing DC weather. It felt like hotel management was not taking the issue seriously, which made our experience frustrating. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, the response felt inadequate, and it seemed hotel management was not very attentive to guest concerns.

The staff were courteous, and the location was convenient and safe. The room was a bit dated and had a smokey odour which was unpleasant, despite the property being smoke-free. The hotel front entry is accessible, but it is inconvenient for disabled people.
