It started out a lil bumpy (we'd requested an accessible room) the request was put through to the hotel (via my hotels.com reservation), and was told there was no guarantee of my request until I confirmed with the hotel.
When we got there, we were told the standard queen size rooms do not have accessible amenities. We opted to go ahead with the room to see if it would work for my disabled mother, but it did not. The next day we requested to be moved to an accessible room, which they were able to accommodate. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating to my mother and I. The hotel was under renovation at the time, so there was a little of that going on in the lobby area, and the friend of the hotel entrance was not available for use, so we had to go around to the back which made entering into the hotel a little more difficult for my mother as she has mobility issues. But overall, stay was nice. The hotel was quiet, and again this staff was extremely friendly and courteous.
