This property was dirty and we had to switch rooms because the one they gave us first had a horrible smell, food still in the fridge, and sticky floors. The staff did let us switch but they were really unfriendly like we were bothering them when we checked in I wouldn’t stay there again,

Extended Stay fraudulently charged me for one room night and is refusing to refund my money. On 8/6 I booked a four night stay (8/11-8/15/2021) through the Orbitz travel app and paid in full. Orbitz did this as two separate reservations. 8/13 the hotel called wanting to know why I had not checked out. I said I had a 4-day reservation and after searching, she said I found the second reservation and am confirmed. What she failed to say is that she charged my credit card without my authorization for $222.12 for one night and did not process a refund, even though I had paid in full. I discovered this on August 17, called the hotel, spoke to the manager he agreed to refund the charge. But it was never done I called again on August 23. the woman said she would talk to her district manager and I asked her to call me when this was done. She never called. At 6pm, I called again and was told the district manager had refunded my money. I asked her to have her district manager call me to confirm his was done. No one ever called. On 8/27 I checked my credit card account and the refund still was not there. At that point I filed a dispute with Capital One. The fact is Extended Stay should have immediately refunded my money when they saw the valid Orbitz reservation. Also they charged my credit card without my authorization and they are refusing to give me a credit even though they though they promised to do so on at least two occasions.

I was first given a room that was not ready. Bed unmade etc. The furniture was pretty beat up as in scratches everywhere and molding falling off the dresser. The carpet had lots and lots of spill stains. No way I was going to walk on it without something on my feet.

Worse Extended Stay America I’ve ever stayed at , Rooms are disgusting and dirty and smell bad too !

the property was ok. bur housekerping was poor. When we checked into our room we miticed that the drawer on the dresser would not stay closed and there was a pulled place on the carpet. The desk clerk asked if this would affect us staying in the room. no it wouldn't so we did not need to be moved. We later noticed a used toothbrush sitting on top of the art work or mirror in the bathroom as well as sunflower shells atvthe edge of the nightstand between the beds. makes one wonder if the room had been cleaned at all. We reported this in the morning when we checked out of the hotel. The clerk immediately stated she would comp our room. we are waiting for the refunf to be reflected in our babk acviunt. there needs to be more parking with longer spaces to accommidate trucks with trailers.

The door key wouldn’t work on several trips back to the room GFI switch in kitchen for the coffee pot one wall plug hanging out of the wall

I was not able to access my email on my Kindle. I had just used it in Albuquerque the previous 4 days, as well as several places in Europe, and the U.S. over the past year. When I got home it came right up without a problem. It is something about their wifi access.

Kitchen was not clean, The property smelled bad. Beds and pillow were uncomfortable. Price was too high for what we got

The staff was real friendly and helpful. The motel was quiet and well kept.

Nice hotel always stay here close to family we were here to visit close to shops and very nice restaurants
