It can get a little loud in the area, and there was a pizza on top of our vehicle when we left the next morning. BUT, the room was clean and comfy. No smell of smoke and everything was fresh. The hotel staff was ok. Checking in and out was a breeze. I'd stay there again.

Quick stay and was ok. Breakfast was good, coffee was not.

Arrived late from White Sands National Monument to find out I had booked the wrong day. Mr. Elvis was very pleasant and accommodating while he worked with us and Orbitz to change my reservation. The hotel is near several eating establishment. The room was clean and updated. We used the laundry services and the area was very clean. The hotel provides and FULL WARM breakfast not just a roll and coffee.

2nd time staying there, convenient to restaurants and price is right.

Rooms badly needs updating. Hangers were rusty, towels clean but had large holes in them, extension cords used for added outlets. We had 1/2 a roll of toilet paper -thats all! Our room had a jacuzzi type tub - it was GROSS there was a disgusting film in the water. Notices more than a few ants in the bathroom. Ceiling fan was very dusty. On the upside, staff was very nice, free breakfast was adequate. Stayed one night, would not have stayed a 2nd.

The hotel was all we expected and more! The room was very clean, bed extremely comfortable. We will be back for sure!

We went Alamogordo to visit family. The hotel was great, room was clean breakfast was good AND there was a fitness center! We will definitely stay here again.

I checked in and was put on the bottom floor, I asked to be moved, the woman said no I can't, the rooms have already been assigned. Even though they had more then 50 of the rooms open! I had placed the Privacy Please sign on my door. Yet every morning the cleaning lady knocked on my door, not just once but up to 10 times she would knock!! There was poor at best Wi-Fi service. The a/c in the room did not work well

We did a 10 day trip through the southwest and this was one of the last places we stayed. It was OK, probably one of the better places to stay in Alamogordo. It was clean and the staff was good, the included breakfast was better than some we had on the trip, but not as good as some of the top hotels, but for the money was well worth it. Nothing notable stands out about this hotel, but nothing bad either. The air conditioner was a bit noisy, but that was true of most of the places we stayed. One annoyance was the shampoo came in little packets you had to tear open, a bit difficult to do in the shower.

Found this place during a 5-day trip to New Mexico. We stayed here for one night. It was a decent location considering the distance from restaurants and white sands. The price was okay, amenities were as expected.. for the price. Room was clean and our stay was comfortable

Check in was ok. 2 queen beds. My husband slept in bed closest to the door. At 2:00am he woke me up because he had been bitten up all over his arms, head, legs and chest. It was raining very hard (monsoon season in Nwe Mexico) so we couldn't do anything about changing rooms. We were to there to attend a funeral, my husband could not attend and I did go even though I was very tired since I was up since 2:00am. We would like a full refund since I don't think we should pay for BED BUGS!!!!!!

Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. This an older hotel that has been remodeled in recent years. Unfortunately, the pool wasn't open and looked green and the ice maker near the room did not work. Not the best value around but a fairly pleasant place to stay.

Just what we wanted. Staff was exceptional. Room was quiet, clean, comfortable. Close proximity to restaurants and White Sands.

It was clean and very comfortable. The guy at the front desk actually called us a few minutes after we got in the room to make sure we were happy with it!

There are bugs in the bed when i pulled back the covers. And for the middle of nowhere location it is quite pricey! May not consider this place next time

the in room jacuzzi was great,,within walking of good restraunts,

Put in a smoking room when I had requested non-smoking and was too tired to change. Wireless internet was weak and intermittent. Put in a room next to the road even though the hotel was far from full. Sad workout room with broken equipment. Two lotions and no shampoo. This hotel is nice enough, but they lost it in the details.

The room was adequate, but would recommend staying in Ruidoso, NM if possible. Stayed in Alamagordo because of lack of rooms in Cloudcroft, not realizing Ruidoso would have been much more convenient. Would not recommend using Orbitz, since motel price direct would have been 20% less - plus I don't know who Orbitz pays the taxes and fees to that the hotel did not collect.

Stayed in Alamagordo while attending events at White Sands. While it is a little farther from the Missile range than Las Cruces, it has a much friendlier feel and is a straight shot to the base from the hotel. The hotel was older and so had some of the quirkiness of hotel that were built 20 years ago. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was great. It was a good deal for the price.
