Long line for registration. Staff very unfriendly they don’t even speak English. Hair on our bed which means sheets were not changed. Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come by. The on-site valet parking was $70 a night, which seemed pretty high for the area, which is not what I would call upscale! The hotel is conveniently located, however, to the Gaslamp District.
