The rooms were definitely clean and the staff was amazing very helpful. I love that the beach. It's so close. Just walking distance once you leave your room. Restaurants on the property. Are outstanding the staff is so friendly.

Steps to beach access, full kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, pots/pants, plates, glassware, utensils and coffee mugs. Clean, soft linens and great shower water pressure.

Hotel is great unexpected

Everything was wonderful! The staff always friendly and professional, the place was decked out in Halloween decorations and the location offers amazing views and a great restaurant downstairs!

Required an accumulated deposit for all the nights there, in advance of the stay. For example, if the deposit for each night was $100 and the stay was 5 nights, $500 was secured. We had a very nice stay. The koi ponds were so neat around the resort. It is not the absolute newest, but it is clean. If we stay in San Diego again we would definitely return. It is walking distance to shopping, food, drinks and most importantly the beach.

Nice resort and we liked the location. Room was very clean and we liked having a lanai. We did not use many of the amenities except for the pool/hot tub. Most of the other things such as the mini-golf, bikes, surreys, etc. are an additional charge. We were there in November so I would be curious ...

Great services and nice rooms

The food was delicious. We ate outside overlooking one of the two beautiful pools. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly that we felt like welcome favored guests.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly from front desk to housekeeping. Easy to get to from SAN airport, I took the bus for $2.50. There are several restaurants nearby for a bite to eat too.

We loved our stay. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite on the private beach side and it was so amazing! We didn't want to leave. Easy check in. Quick. Room was basic for a suite but clean comfortable and good condition. Not quite at the Hilton House quality and plushness level next door for similar price fewl the value was good.

Comfortable accommodations and beautiful accommodations

Had a great 4 night stay. Free internet with Marriott Bonvoy account was fast enough to stream movies. Super friendly staff and great central location.

The ocean view was wonderful. The room was large, clean and very pleasant. The staff were all friendly and polite and the service was consistently great. The food and drinks we had were very good too! A very enjoyable stay!
