It had easy access to stores and restaurants. Staff was friendly

Hotel was fine. No amenities. No microwave, no fridge my stay was 5 days so that was very inconvenient.

Small but wonderfully appointed rooms. The free breakfast is very good, much better than we expected. We found ourselves looking forward to the breakfast every morning. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the Nespresso machine in the room. Really good location too.

First, the desk staff were wonderful. Extremely personable and helpful. We were offered bottled water when we arrived and every time we were going out for a walk, etc. The rooms were small, but very clean, well appointed and tastefully done. Every inch of space was utilized efficiently. The bathroom was large, and the shower was spacious. Our bed was quite comfortable. The only negative comment I would make is that we could sometimes hear the guest in the room next door who apparently was talking non-stop on the phone (but that is something that the hotel could not really control). The breakfast was much better than most places I have stayed. A great assortment of breakfast foods to choose from (scrambled eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes, bagels, breads, fresh fruit, yogurt, cold and hot cereal options, juices, a large variety of teas, cold cuts.....) There is a wonderful taco place across the street. We walked over to the harbor one morning, about a fifteen minute walk. There is a mall a short distance away with a variety of stores including Macy’s and JC Penney if you need to shop for something. The hotel is on a busy street and a short distance from the interstate, so I would suggest you request a room on the back side of the hotel as it is much more quiet on that side. It was a short drive (12 minutes) to Coronado and about 22 minutes to Point Loma, so very conveniently located and easy to travel to points of interest in the San Diego area. We would stay here again!

Affordable, great features, modern and cool rooms, and great service/staff

Room key stopped working. Came to lobby, nobody in lobby, spend whole night in lobby with no body coming in. When it says 24/7 on their website. Demand a refund.

Room key didn’t work after getting back to the hotel from the beach. Nobody was in office, called every number we found, no answer. Rang door bell, yelled for help nobody at all. Eventually me and my wife fell asleep in the lobby(spending our cozy night)

The room was small but clean and modern. Great shower! The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great service! Rooms are clean and the shower is amazing!

Overall we really liked the place - location, cleanliness, modern, etc. We had a few minor things that were probably just bad luck, but they were more than happy to address it. Later check-out than most, but if you want to extend that, there is a fee. The bfast is the same thing every day, which I wished they would change up things for people that are there for a few days.

Staff very nice & friendly. The hotel was nice & comfortable

The room was small, but clean beautiful and modern
