Property is under construction but still plenty nice. Ac unit in the room works great. Rooms are currently being updated so its its rough but still very nice.

The place was nice but the room has a strange smell.

Staff really unprofessional rude and not hopeful at all never stay at this place

They have one washer & one dryer that is broken. So it takes a few times to dry your clothes which is b's because its 2$ !! Maids knock at exactly 1055 and every 5 minutes after until your gone.

I would like to say you get what you pay for, but that was not the case here. I payed a lot for this motel and I understand that it was a Holliday weekend but with the profits they make by charging so much you would think that the owners reinvest in upgragrading this place but NO, the place got duty carpet, bugs, our towels had stains, mold around the think etc etc. I would not recommend this place to anyone

This place is horrible. The carpet is very dirty old and sticky air conditioner is old and didnt work. The nieghbors smoking was getting in to my room. Woke up with bits on my skiny Very poor place never again

Good condition for the price. Close to food and freeway.

Its a really nice friendly area close by to stores and super clean i enjoyed my stay.

Friendly staff . Room appeared clean including bathroom area. Only negative was the stained Carpeting. It made the room look a bit runned down.

The chair was slightly damp, the mirror was slightly chipped, and the motel had a strange smell. The bed was okay, but it was a bit sunken in when I laid down. The Air conditioner was very loud. I've stayed at much better motels and hotels for the same price in Chula Vista.

Hotel service was not that great. Ran out of toilet paper and had to get it myself. The wifi does not reach the 3rd floor. AC on our room was dripping water on the carpet carpet had a lot of wet stains. It was a big room with a couch which also had a lot of wet stains. They have a box TV with cable channels. The lighting was mostly lamps. Had a microwave and a refrigerator. Room did not have a lot of electric outlets. Two bed side tables and a double bed/king bed. Room had a indistinguishable odor. There was always this guy on the third floor stairway drinking. Sorry to say, but I would not stay here again. However, the hotel was close to WalMart and the freeway.

My wife and I were more than disappointed. We had to request for room service 3 times the 5 days we were there, and only got 1 day of services. We reported the deadbolt not working and they stated that they couldn't change our room due to none being available, and no one ever came to repair it! Worst of all, there were people hanging around outside as if was the neighborhood hang out. I demanded a check out print out when we left, and I was told that everything was fine and not to worry...they wouldn't charge my card for anything else-but they still wouldn't give me proof of date and time we checked out.

Nice close to freeway and eateries. .staff friendly. .would stay again

Was really good experience good price room was really nice, comfortable And good place right off the freeway

Stained sheets, trash under the bed, bugs in all crawling and flying in the bathroom, used a towel to stand in the shower cause it was nasty, and dirty ice bucket with residue in it. I've stayed at older "runned down" hotels and the effort they give to cleanliness and service makes up for the wear and tear. But there seemed to be no effort here with cleanliness or rude staff.

Great location, sad property. Staff was great & I can't say it wasn't clean cuz the maids were working their tails off

I seriously considered eating the money & going elsewhere. However, my companion did not mind staying so we did. The property is close to the freeway, the main drag & trolley station. Yet the conditions of the rooms are pretty bad. I felt the room was clean but everything, including the lampshades were old & weathered. If you are out for a guys trip to San Diego, Chargers or Padres game it's ok to stay here. Yet, this not the place for a getaway with your girl

This hotel was dirty. The towels looked dirty and had stains from who knows what. I declined to use them and not take my chances. I also opted to wear shoes inside at all times and flip flops in the tub. I wouldn't recommend this place!

i just wanted a bed, a heater and a tv. thats what i got. super thanks.
