Our room was fun, unique and the hotel was very accessable from the freeway Felt as if we were far away from the city and overlooking the reserve area was a great detachment.. The checkin area staff were friendly and helpful. Loved oir crafted beverages at the cafe. Uniqie de or made it a fun getaway with style. The carpet in our room was less desirable felt wet in areas? Maybe had just been cleaned? Overall our room was excellent clean bedding & linens , the shower head was awesome! All the effort in the character designwas greatly appreciated. Would like to stay here again and bring some froends to roast smores with and swim in the pool too. Looked like a great time.

Room was perfect for quick visit to SD. It was cozy, 10 min from resto street, and over looking the bay. It also has a small cafe with homey atmosphere. This is our second time staying here and will stay again!

We enjoyed our stay! The staff was so welcoming when we checked in, our room was clean and cozy! The cafe and arcade was a nice addition as well, this motel isn’t like others, it’s nice and chic! We definitely will be coming back for another weekend getaway trip.

Clean but bare bones rooms. Have to use their cafe if you want coffee onsite but it is a nice one. Staff required to enforce overly-restrictive corporate policies for such a basic motel.
