Great location.

Great stay and location

Was only there one night for a work thing. After working, got back to hotel around 8 pm looking for dinner. No room service. Restaurant closed. Front desk said the bar served food but when i walked over there, they told me kitchen was closed. Suggested i do doordash. Went up to room, ordered Doordash, got a call from the front desk and had to go down and get my food. Thus i ate dinner around 930 and this whole process annoyed me. Otherwise, room was small, but pleasant, bed was comfortable, wifi was good.

Nice rooms, great location.

Wonderful stay and such a beautiful hotel in a great location.

I would’ve of liked a bite bigger tv and it set a little higher on the entertainment center. I was just below the level of the bed which made it hard to see while laying down but other than that. Loved the room and the facility. The lounge upstairs on the roof was great but I can see it growing cause it’s popularity.

Don't try to call the front desk prior to arrival, you will sit on hold for 20 minutes just to be told that "you need to call the front desk" and "I can't transfer you." Also, don't try to call the front desk when you are in your room, as the phones don't work. In fact, if you would like to contact the front desk, better just show up in person. Other than their poor communications system, the rooms are in disrepair and desperately need updating. The staff was pleasant though.

Amazing!! Everything was Amazing!!

Great location. Hotel room looks very old fashion.

Excellent service and views all the way around the hotel

Hotel is in a great location if your downtown near the waterfront. In the middle of the Gaslamp area. Many resturants and bars all walkable and very close. Though like anywhere things are quiet in Nov like anywhere with CV. The roof top bar here was good. You can park across the street in public deck parking $25 for 1 day vs hotel valet $50.

The view and location of the property was great and staff was friendly. The disappointing part was the the bed comforter was disgusting and filthy. The room had no real lighting aside from 3 lamps. I noticed the bed comforter the next morning when the light came in through the windows. It looked like it hadn’t been washed in months! I had to make two calls to have a new comforter brought up to me which is even more disappointing. The staff did try making it up by offering breakfast but since we already knew we weren’t getting breakfast from the hotel we had breakfast covered. Overall nice people but wouldn’t stay here again.

It was very convenient to the convention center! An easy walk.

Lovation was exellent but not kids friendly. Mo amenities for kids
