easy, but 9 different groups! Confusing! a service dog was in the row behind me. Weird
Lots of empty seats (rows 8-14) because they were "additional expense seats" even though nobody occupied. So 1st class was relatively full and so were rows 15-20 with the middle rows empty and nobody could move forward. Non-sensible.
My flight was delayed over 4 hours, but the staff at T F Greene got me on an earlier flight. I very much appreciate that!
So far the total experience has been excellent
PLEASE GIVE KUDOS TO 'MARK' ON MY FLIGHT 1693 FLYING INTO TAMPA. I swear I'll be trying to fly American each time I need air travel BECAUSE I adored Mark so much...do not know his last name.
We traveled on the “All American Girl Flight” from Washington to Destin. Girl pilot and co-pilot-smooth ride, takeoff and landing—Girl stewardesses-Even girls with orange directionals and baggage drivers on the ground! Super job keeping us safe ladies!
Thank you for a great flight.
Seat on flight to Washington very uncomfortable was In Last row and the seat was actually leaning forward when the pillow in place. Had to sit at an angle during flight. If flight had been any longer it really would have been an issue.
Didn't take the flight because the event I was attending was canceled due to the coronavirus and I was told the ticket wouldn't be refunded.
Very very disappointed in times delays and lost luggage. Huge waste of time. Will never fly American again
We had 6 delays, 4 rescheduled flights and got to our destination TEN HOURS after our original flight time. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with an airline.
Both on American Air and Alaska air, we were treated as 2nd class citizens due to the discount we received for using Orbitz. They won't give seats until boarding and they seated us in the back of the plane. "back of the bus" mentality. Despite going on line 24 hrs before my flight and giving all my information, they would not assign me a seat until take off. On the ride home they told me they had overbooked and I would be the last person to get a seat on ly if the plane was not full. Barely made it on the flight. If you allow this to continue, then your business will be severely curtailed. I will now only use your site to review flights and then will find the same flight via the airline and book via the airline sight. This is bad for your business. Jim Pellegrini
Flight to DC delayed. Took 40 minutes to get into the terminal after landing -- ended up 10 minutes late for connection. Ended up spending the night in the terminal. Got home 11 hours later than schedule. Something similar on return flight.
