There was a flight attendant named Yvonne who, noticing I didn’t eat much of the wrap I bought, offered me a different one or a credit. I didn’t accept either but was so surprised at her response. Five minutes later, she brought me half of her homemade peanut butter and jelly sandwich!!! Wow! What a doll!
Just plain good. It was a pleasure flying for once.
Delta is Great
A bit warm in plane before taking off and after landing.
Great trip all around
Our seats were originally in qn exit row. I had injured my shoulder an am sporting a sling. The flight attendant readily found us seats were we could sut together during flight.
There should of been an updated status of our connecting flight. We were in a holding pattern on first flight coming into ATL cutting into our layover time. We arrived at ATL with our connecting flight scheduled to depart in 12minutes - so boarding was currently ongoing. The arrival/departure boards had connecting flight as scheduled. A 11:42 departure. Ran to the connecting gate which was not the closest. Even though they were doing "Final boarding" for the flight. We were missing a pilot and the people from other incoming flights were still expected - the plane was more than half emptied. We waited on board more than 40 minutes, because we didn't depart until after midnight. No one wants to run to their connecting terminal. But we do it because we don't want to to miss the boarding. No one wants to stress about possibly missing the connecting flight. I figured if we were in a holding pattern because the weather was bad at our connecting airport, then most likely the connecting flight would be delayed too. But my heart dropped when I looked at the board of departures and the connecting flight was as scheduled. And off we had to go because we thought the flight was on time as per the board. When I flew Southwest, there were constant updates as to fly a flight wasn't departed yet. We had one update. After already waiting on the plane for some time. Accurate updates would be appreciated. And would prevent the unnecessary stress levels added on when flights are late/delayed.
the difference between or delta flight and another airlines was noticed even by my 15 y/o. during our flight he said, mom can we just fly delta?...lol
I felt like a third class passenger. The seat assignment wasn’t given to me until just before the plane departed and I was squeezed into one of the back rows against the window. Not booking through Orbitz again any time soon.
Plane broke down, no parts nearby, no other planes they can use
