Could have done without the sound track in the lobby that had a high energy, Miami feel (exhausting after a long travel day).

Bad service, unfriendly staff. Misleading information. Told one thing and yet another was actually true. When addressing the issue, I wasn't given any real solution. Even my compromise led to continuous lack in service and sticking to an agreement by hotel manager. My personal belongings were promised to be kept safe and they were not. Then upon further complaint of the situation i was told the police were going to be called. I invited them to call so i could explain what robbery looks like and the lies i had been told.

It was 55* in March and we Loved the heated pool.

They should make sure the sheets are clean before Letting guest enter

The property was under major construction. Definitely needed a facelift which they were obviously working on.

Property is under renovation and was inconvenient for my travel plans

I liked the tiki bar and the pool was a bit with the kids

The indoor pool, plus the hotel is clean as well. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean
