Everything things been great they checked us in right away when we asked, because we relocated our cat and he needed to get out of his traveling bag. The only complaint was the AC was kinda loud.

The staff has been amazing! They're so kind and helpful. The hotel smells great; that may seem odd, but a very clean and pleasant smell hits you as you walk in.

The hotel is nice and the hotel staff are extremely friendly. The breakfast was good. The only downfall for me was that the room did not have a microwave. It had a refrigerator but no microwave which was kind of odd to me. Whey have one without the other?

Large rooms, clean hotel close to the airport. We left our car there while traveling and returned very late at night. The hotel sent someone right to the airport to pick us up. Very nice and helpful people working at the hotel.

I stayed here 7 nights. I am extremely picky when it comes to staying in a hotel. This hotel amazed me! I had a nice end suite on the 6th floor. It was quiet, spacious and clean! The shower was huge! The bed was huge! The room was extremely clean and I had zero issues during my stay. The breakfast buffet was also fresh and hot every single morning! If I come back to Jax, this is where I will be staying!

As the center of the hospitality industry, hotel service is reflected by the attitude of customer facing indiciduals. Our experience overall was positive but interaction with a check in host was not what I would have expected from a Hyatt-trained employee. We booked and paid through a 3rd party website and chose a 2 queen room (at a premium) with guaranteed late arrival as we knew our travel plans had us arriving early morning. Upon trying to check in, the hotel did not have the type of room we reserved and paid for. Because we arrived after 2am, the original hostess (Sandra) could not check us in without system challenges. Sandra then asked "Jimmy" (whom we assumed to be either shift manager or senior host) to assist in the check in process. Jimmy was not friendly and in retrospect downright rude. Jimmy did not acknowledge Sandra and proceeded to take his own time. Jimmy didn't acknowlwdge Sandra or us as guests. He only proceeded to tell us how our late arrival caused him problems as we waited about a half hour for Jimmy to look at his computer screen. We already agreed to take a different (lower cost) room type without any payment adjustment and just wanted to go to sleep after 13 hours behind the wheel. Sandra ultimately suggested to Jimmy that they provide us a room key and persuaded Jimmy that they could take care of the matter without us waiting around as it was really a paperwork matter. We just wanted a few hours of sleep and a shower, not too much of an ask.

It was perfect clean and spacious room, friendly staff, complimentary rides within 3 miles and plenty to see and do within that distance.

We arrived at this hotel late at night only to find that they had given our room to someone else. I had called the hotel directly a few weeks prior to let them know we would be getting there late and they still gave our room away. They gave us a voucher to stay at another hotel located behind the Hyatt. It was nowhere near the quality that we had paid for. I asked the manager at the second hotel if the Hyatt did this sort of thing frequently. She said that they did this quite frequently. Be very careful

This location is very close to JAX airport, and I-95. You have plenty of shopping, and restaurants to enjoy! The staff was great, the kitchen staff was AMAZING! The food was hot, fresh and FREE! I haven't lodge in this type of environment in ages. I greatly appreciated you at HYATT !

The hotel had very nice décor. However, I had two issues; I only stayed for two nights so my sheets weren't changed. This was a problem because I had gotten makeup on the sheets and felt that they should have been changed because it looked like I was sleeping on a dirty sheet. The mattress was uncomfortable as I awakened with back pain both nights.

Stayed here prior to a cruise. Great stay and great visit before a cruise.

Friendly staff, beautiful lobby/breakfast area/room. Only complaint is we couldn't adjust the air conditioner. It stayed on 74 which was too warm for our liking. Other than that this was one of the nicest hotels I've ever been to!

The hotel room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They also offered free parking while we flew out for the weekend.

The hotel is good, the staff not so much. Rude front desk guy. We got there under a reservation and he searched for the name, he said he found it on the system but I didn't pay and no card found. Well how did i reserved it without that!? Like seriously!? Then all of a sudden he found it. So we proceed. Looking for the luggage cart so we can load our stuff, none of it can be found. So we asked. He said "oh we're out of that. People usually keep that in their room!" didn't offer if he can try to do something to help us. It's just rude. But the hotel room is good. Service, a big no.

Nice clean room, big flat screen tv, free wifi and breakfast. Loved my stay.

nice hotel

nice hotel close to the airport

Large rooms, clean hotel close to the airport. We left our car there while traveling and returned very late at night. The hotel sent someone right to the airport to pick us up. Very nice and helpful people working at the hotel.

clean, clean, clean!!

I stayed here 7 nights. I am extremely picky when it comes to staying in a hotel. This hotel amazed me! I had a nice end suite on the 6th floor. It was quiet, spacious and clean! The shower was huge!
