Gulf Winds is snuggled in the quieter section of St. Pete Beach with the beach directly across the street. The property features a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard, BBQ grills, a laundry room and it's conveniently located to restaurants and local shops on Corey Avenue. Great location

This unit is on ground floor next to the office. Easy access to places local. Parking can be tough on busy weekends, but otherwise easy. This particular unit is okay for a twosome who doesn't plan on spending much time at the unit. It is old and outdated, furniture shows wear and tear, kitchen is basic(we only used fridge and microwave), cabinetry and otherwise outdated. You pay a hefty cleaning fee for no service and the expectation that you remove all garbage from unit!
