The property is pretty much as advertised. Its a bit hard to find in the condo complex. Parking is thin. The TV stopped working on the last day. The grill was a mess when we got there and the ceiling fan in the one upstairs bedroom had a few loose blades, that was fixed right away. But overall property was good. The unit had nice beds, appliances. The location was great. It had everything you would need for a trip to paradise. Would definitely recommend

Nice Spot

Our stay was amazing. Adequate space for 7, not really 8 but we had 7 so worked out. Great location, pool and amenities were great. Dishwasher was broken and really need to offer 2 parking spaces if having 8 guests. Overall highly recommend!

Great place

Great little place in princeville. Fit perfectly for our family. A bummer the dishwasher was broken but they were quick to bring someone out. Loved the couch, most vrbo places have terrible couches. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and great beach gear.

Great condo around great location

Great condo, great location with pool. The check in process was difficult as the padlock code didn’t work, so we had to call Vacasa to get inside. Will book again if we decide to go to Kauai.

Beautiful Princevill

Loved the location of the property. It was very clean. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because of the condition of the doors and screens. The washer was not working and the beach equipment mostly broken. We did appreciate the use of the floaters and the 2 chairs that were in good condition. The check in and check out were easy. Best check out ever! Start the dishwasher and strip the beds❣️

Superb location for exploring Kauai’s North Coast

Comfortable condo, with a convenient Princeville location, close to shops & services, and ideal for exploring Kauai’s North Shore. Could have done with more thorough clean before we checked in. Advertised as for up to 8 people, but only if small children are sharing the pull-out sofa bed – otherwise comfortably fits 7. Gorgeous beaches within easy reach. Hanalei Bay a pleasant 10 min drive away.

Great space for 2 families!

This space was fantastic for our 2 families travelling together (4 adults and 4 kids) and staying here for 2 weeks. The kitchen was well stocked in things to make meals for all of us, we all had a comfy bed to sleep in, the deck was spacious and had a great covered spot to still enjoy it during the occasional showers, our kids loved the loft space and the Nugget kids couch they could build with. The pool was much larger than the pictures portrayed and was never busy, having the ping-pong table there was also enjoyable for all. We will definitely be recommending this spot to friends and hope to return to our Vacay house again in the future.

Missing some comforts of home.

Beautiful condo, comfortable for kids with a great loft area for kids to play/hang out. Beds and couch were comfortable. Definitely feels like a vacation rental (you can tell no one lives here). The shower/bath situation wasn’t great - tub wouldn’t stay full and the shower head wouldn’t turn off in bath mode. Made bathing kids hard (they prefer baths to showers). The downstairs shower has enough water pressure to be painful, so we just didn’t use it. The kitchen is nicely laid out, but is lacking things - lots of plastic stuff, but not enough non-plastic plates and cups. No dish drying rack for things that can’t go in the dishwasher. No dust pan if you want to sweep some of the inevitable sand. Oh, and cockroaches. That was not a nice surprise. Overall a beautifully decorated and comfortable home, but some additional things would bring more of the comforts of home, which is what I look for in a rental home.

Beautiful Place Would Definitely Come Back

This place was extremely beautiful. The unit was well kept. We loved that when we arrived a few lights were on and island music was playing it really enhanced the experience. Two down things were minor one was that the parking was extremely limited and we were unable to find a spot on several nights when we came home a little later. The second was that we saw two cockroaches in the unit. But it seemed that those may have just come from the outside. Other things that should be improved would be new beach chairs as two were broken and to invest in new boogie boards as all four were broken in half prior to us coming. All in all we had a wonderful experience everyone was happy and had a great time and we look forward to coming back..

Aloha Hawaii

The overall stay wasn't bad. The pull out couch was sandy when we pulled it out to sleep. Also one of the room had ants all over the bed when we came back. The house was breezy which was nice with no AC.
