Tyra at the Concierge Desk was absolutely wonderful, professional, and went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay as smooth as possible. She is the absolute gold standard of hospitality. We will definitely be back at this hotel. The rooms were quiet, impeccable and tastefully furnished, and the view of the NYC skyline was priceless.

Everything was a good, but in the room that I was staying in, there was a weird saw noise through the wall that sound sounded like as if there was construction being done on the next room. I spoke to the front desk and wrote in a chat with Expedia and nothing was done. We had to continue our stay despite this awful noise going to sleep and during the day. Don’t think I would do again.
