Tyra at the Concierge Desk was absolutely wonderful, professional, and went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay as smooth as possible. She is the absolute gold standard of hospitality. We will definitely be back at this hotel. The rooms were quiet, impeccable and tastefully furnished, and the view of the NYC skyline was priceless.

This is possibly the worst night at a hotel I have had. I’m writing this at the present moment. I am on the 3rd floor and literally have night club speakers blasting music I tried putting in my EarPods and hear the bass over my own music. . I called the front desk and they just said sorry. I’m sorry but this is unacceptable. Great location but if you need sleep stay away. Never write reviews but had to on this one. I wish I could add an audio clip so future guests can hear what I’m hearing. After speaking with management they told me they will give me a discounted rate on my next visit. To sum this up my wife and I spent 800 dollars for the night to listen to a rave with heavy base until 4 am. Would have been more comfortable sleeping in our car. My advice to management is to at least let the customer know that on lower floors it’s pretty loud. Shows a total disregard for the customer and horrible hospitality
