The room was clean. The coffee maker did not work. I told the front desk. There was no creamer or spoons for stirring the coffee or tea. Tiny thing —would have been nice to have available. Very minimal amenities and information in the room.

It was a pretty good stay overall. Just that the receptionist was very mean, kind of having a hard day and putting that on customers. We booked 2 rooms. In one of the rooms, the bathroom water couldn’t come out from top to take a shower. The hand used to facilitate water exit from the shower did not work. Other than that this is a good place to stay.

Buen lugar, cama cómoda y buen descanso, a pesar de estar cerca del tren, porque está muy cerca del puente de Manhattan, el ruido no es intenso y sus ventanas herméticas ayudan mucho a bajar el sonido externo y favoren el descanso Está a una cuadra del Sudwey…y te da mucha movilidad a todo Manhattan y alrededores, también está a media cuadra de una estación de bus.

Sometimes as an American I am embarrassed by what American hotels offer their guests for breakfast. And this was one of those times. It was really sub-par. Just highly processed foods packaged in plastic and tasteless apples.

Small but clean room, very friendly staff. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, ok for day walking but I’d be indoors by dark. Location is within walking distance to attractions like the Brooklyn Bridge and 9/11 Memorial.

Not at all like it's described on hotels,com. We stayed one night out of the six booked and moved to a different hotel. Even though, there was no refund, and we lost money, we couldn't stay there. We didn't feel safe. The closest parking is four blocks away and it is sketchy.
