The State of South Carolina has several rules that you must adhere to when operating the Golf Cart. Failure to abide by the rules and regulations could result in serious injury
1. You must be 16 years old
2. Have a valid drivers license
3. Only drive during DAYLIGHT hours
4. Only drive within 4 miles of the home
5. Only drive on roads with a speed limit of 35 mph or less
6. Always cross a highway or street at an intersection
7. Do not drive on a bike path
8. Do not drink and drive (you can still get a DUI)
9. Do not attempt to go to The beach (Sullivans Island)
10. Always keep it charged when not in use
11. Please be responsible when operating ***********Please remember that you're staying in a house not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. We understand it is summertime, and you are coming to the area for family vacation, however, adhere to the noise ordinance, you are in a residential neighborhood, be considerate of the surrounding neighbors who are not on vacation.

Please keep the noise down and especially during the evening. Evening hours shall be defined as 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. on Sundays through Thursdays, and 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and federal and state holidays.

Max allowable number of vehicle parking spaces allowed on the property at anytime will be no more than 3 in the drive way and one on the street directly in front of the house
