Customer service was terrible. We had issues with noise on our last night. The room next to us,which was an adjoining room to ours, was having a party and the noise was so loud we couldn’t get to sleep. We called guest services several times, and spoke to security, and went down to speak to associates at the front desk twice. We were told nothing could be done about it. Would give zero stars if that was an option. Definitely will not be staying here again. Customer service totally missed the mark.

The hotel itself is in a good location and seems to be in decent shape, and the room we got was quite big and has a decent view to the East. Unfortunately the room has very limited amenities (no water, no glasses etc.) and the service was subpar as well. The checkin/out time were 4pm/11am and quite rigid as well, not as user friendly as many other hotels.

The line for check in was very long and exceedingly slow. Terrible process. The room was fine but there was an annoying clicking sound that kept us from sleeping well. Staff was friendly but there should have been more desk workers or a streamlined process.
