Room was nice and clean. Bathroom too. We had everything needed for our stay. They even provided a toaster. They were in contact with us through out our stay. In case we needed anything. We will definitely stay again!

Business trip

The signature is a wonderful place to stay at the Las Vegas strip, it’s a bit quieter than being in the casino, especially the hallways at night. This room is well appointed, and having a refrigerator and microwave is nice.

Thought there would be a balcony

I didn't know this property did not have a balcony. Had I known it did not, I would have booked a different room. It could have been my mistake but i was disappointed when getting to the room.

Perfect weekend getaway

Stayed Fri-Mon with my son. This location was perfect. Close enough to MGM to eat and gamble but felt like I was in my own oasis in room. Jacuzzi tub was awesome. Room was clean and roomy. The host was amazing with communication. I will definitely stay here again. Easy access to the monorail made getting around easy. No resort fees and feee valet parking. I felt like I was in old school Vegas.

Week Stay

Check in was easy, valet was easy, and communication with property manager was very smooth. The hotel is nice, the pool was a little loud outside the window but not terrible. Could use a few more dishes, cups, pots, etc. Worth the price to be in a good location and good hotel.

Great Stay

The Signature MGM is a lovely property with a close proximity to the strip but far enough away from the craziness. The valet parking is a bonus. The check in was very courteous and friendly. The unit is as described. The bed is very comfortable and the amenities in the unit were more than sufficient. The only thing I would like to see in the unit would be a couple of wine glasses and some scissors. I would not hesitate to stay here again. .

Everything was good and went smoothly. The only problem and this is very minor is that when you use the sink or the room next to you uses theirs, you can hear the water dripping down into the pipes for about 15 minutes. Small annoyance. Otherwise a very nice stay.

We loved this room. We felt very safe staying here and the jacuzzi tub was a lifesaver after a day of hiking! Everything was clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend!

Everything was good but the plumbing

The room was fantastic just like the pictures but there was drainage noise that came from the sink in the kitchen and bathroom. Kept us up all night. After they fix it it still made the sound Didn’t get the deposit back right away. But other than that everything was great and great communication with the owners!

Beautiful room and safe accessible location

Room was beautiful and building was clean and safe. 5 min walk to strip. Beautiful outdoor pool with daybeds and cabanas. Check in process cumbersome but room owner was great about follow up. Would definitely recommend.

Anniversary

It was such a lovely place. Nice walk drive or uber lift to your location. Wife and I enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub was relaxing. The easy access to a fridge for leftovers and drinks. Plates cups microwave. Best deal I've done, I've stayed at Harris Excalibur, ceasar, N the flamingo and this is the best one for my buck! I highly recommend.

Quiet location

Overall, if you are looking for a quiet location in Vegas this is a great property. It is attached to MGM so you can walk over for the casino and restaurants. The downfall is there is nothing but a Starbucks and a deli in this place. The Starbucks always had a huge line and it's pricey. If you rent through VRBO or anyone else be prepared not to get in the room one moment early. Also, be prepared to not be able to contact the front desk for anything. These folks have their own cleaning services and anything over and above their standard offerings, there is a charge. Extra towels, $35 is a prime example. Cleanliness during my visit was subpar.
