The property and its rooms are very old and many things are worn down or broken. The entrance is adjacent to the casino, which is very smoky. The staff is friendly and helpful. The first room I was given had a nonfunctional air conditioner. They immediately swapped it out with another unit, but that one didn't work either. They transferred me to a new room, and that one was acceptable. The TVs and programming on them are also old and limited.

Customer service was horrible. There was no staff at the front desk for about 5 minutes. I had to call the hotel from my cell phone to try to get ahold of someone to check me in. The hotel was dingy and smelled like smoke. I cancelled my room and left.
