The room was clean, it didn’t smell like cigarettes like most non-smoking rooms in Vegas. Would have been nice to have been told there was no shampoo or conditioner though.

I reserved a room with one full-size bed and was told it would be ready at 3:00 p.m. When I arrived at that time, the room was not available. Instead, I was offered a room with two double beds and was charged an additional $20 for the change, even though this was not my choice. Unfortunately, the room was extremely dirty and not acceptable, especially given the extra charge. The floors appeared filthy, as if they hadn’t been cleaned at all, and the overall condition of the room was very disappointing. Paying more for a room that was clearly not properly cleaned made the experience even more frustrating. I understand that issues can happen, but being charged extra for a downgrade in cleanliness and comfort is not acceptable. I didn’t even use the shower or remove the bedding to lay on. Filthy place I should receive 100% refund
