Horrible. do not rent

Property has No AC unit. So if you are renting in the middle of summer, you will die from heat. They provided 2 fans and both fans were broken so we were unable to use them. Windows dont have any screens so if you leave them open all kinds of bugs will get in the house. The listing had a pic of hut tub and discription on how to leave it at 78 degrees. But when we got there was out of service. Called the Evolve agency to make a complain but had no luck. Just stay away from this property people.

This cabin was perfect!, not modern or state of the art, but perfect!

We had a very good experience. This place was perfect for us...old friends spending a few days together to "catch up". We felt very safe ( as we were all females) and comfortable here and we hope to re-visit this place again in the future. The hot tub was great...well secluded and private. We loved it!
